Each year we welcome over 6,500 guests to enjoy our party nights and whether you’re looking to celebrate with a few friends, or the entire office, we will make it a night to remember! Whether you’re arranging a Christmas lunch for 40, a cocktail party for 100 or a themed event for 1000, we have a choice of suites to suit your requirements. We’ll assist with seating plans and theming your event, arranging a disco or live band, a magician or a photographer and we’ll work with our Head Chef to create a tailored menu for you. We pride ourselves on our first-class service. A dedicated member of our team will work with you from your initial enquiry through to the event itself, giving you peace of mind and a party to remember for all your guests.
What does my early bird drinks voucher entitle me to? If you book and pay your deposit by Friday 26th July each member of your party will be entitled to a complimentary drink, excluding champagne and cocktails. Our responsible drinking offer allows 2 soft drinks per voucher. Is there a minimum number of guests we can book for? No, you can book from 2 places, subject to availability. How do I receive confirmation of our booking and payments? After we have received your deposit we will forward your confirmation of booking details by email, including confirmation of payment. Can each member of our party pay individually? Unfortunately, we are unable to accept individual payments for a group booking, they must come through the party organiser.
Can we increase numbers? As long as we have availability we are happy for you to add more people to your booking. If you do add more guests after you have paid in full, additional places can only be confirmed with full payment. Do we need to pre-order the menu choices for our party? As part of the confirmation of booking details, there will be a dietary pre-order form for you to complete with your choice of starters and any dietary requirements. Can we do a table plan for our party? We are happy for you to do a table plan and for you to put place cards out on the night. Please liaise with our Christmas coordinator before the event. Can we run an account bar on the evening? This needs to be pre-arranged with our Christmas coordinator, an authorised credit card will be required and a bar charge will be supplied for the party. Unless pre-arranged, payment must be made on the evening.
How do I make the final payment? We will forward a pro forma invoice by email at the beginning of November based on the numbers given and deposits paid. Please inform us if there are any changes to your numbers at this point – deposits are non-refundable. Once payment has been received, a full VAT invoice showing payment made will be emailed – no tickets will be sent out. Dress Code No trainers, smart jeans are acceptable. Fancy dress is fine.
Drinks Vouchers We can supply drinks vouchers for your party. Drinks vouchers must be pre-ordered and pre-paid; they will be sent to you prior to your party. Single drink vouchers are priced at £4.25 and exclude champagne or cocktails. Our responsible drinking offer allows 2 soft drinks per voucher (no energy drinks).
B O O K I N G Y O U R PA R T Y Call a member of the Conference and Events team to check availability and provisionally book your places on 0116 217 1280. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Your provisional booking will be held for a maximum of 14 days from booking date, if no deposit is received your booking will be released. To confirm your booking, a signed contract must be returned along with a £10 per person non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit. To receive the early bird offer of a single drinks voucher per person, places need to be booked and confirmed with deposit by Friday, July 26, 2019. Full payment is required by Friday, November 15, 2019 which includes additional drinks packages. Additional places are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come first-served basis. Only one payment per party, made by the party organiser, will be accepted.
C A N C E L L AT I O N S All deposit payments are non-refundable or transferrable in the event of a cancellation. In the event of customer cancellation after Friday,
Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing to Leicester Tigers by the party organiser. The club may cancel the booking if the date clashes with any rugby match which is due to be played at Welford Road Stadium, whereupon the club will refund the client any advance payment made by the client but will have no further liability to the client.
GENERAL Any dietary requirements and changes to numbers must be received 14 working days or more prior to the party. After this time we will always endeavour to meet your requirements. For private party’s, bookings contracts and T&C’s will be issued. Whilst every care is taken to honour commitments, the club reserves the right to amend any part of this programme and regrets that it will not accept liability for errors, omissions or cancellations. The consumption of liquor on the premises, which is not purchased from the club, is strictly forbidden. The use of aerosol sprays is strictly forbidden. Any damages to the fixtures and fittings of the function suites may be invoiced to the client at the discretion of the club.
15 November 2019, when final balances are due, full payment for the party is required.
