FROM THE TOUCHLINE “We are making progress, but we know we have a lot of work to do and have not shied away from that. I want to win each week we play, and at the same time I have got to develop this team and build depth and competition, and players have to be exposed to playing at the highest level possible. We’ve seen how they have stepped forward and pushed their cases. As the squad spends more time together, you can see the development. Players are getting more familiar with each other - most of them have played less than 20 games for Leicester Tigers, a lot of them less than 15. It is going to take time but gradually those relationships are developing.”
