I would love to see more designs thinking outside of the box, for example a female relation card such as daughter, wife or mum invariably has flowers, cakes or girls in floaty dresses. While these are popular, I’m often asked by customers for something a little less ‘girly’

Animo

No one will tell this mare what to do! This Girl Power lady athlete has the strenth of several stallions and is not afraid to show it.

Animo is painted by Swedish artist and set designer Anna Gisle. She has been painting these quirky animals and their endearing emotions since 2011. All are painted in a whimsical way in old-fashioned watercolour, but with a modern twist of humour. Animo now has more than 270 paintings in art prints, posters and greeting cards.
