It’s a wrap!

We spoke to UK Greetings customer & product manager, Katie Prosho…

What do you think we can expect to see from this category in the future?

We think sustainability is the biggest one to watch. With the nature of gift dressings and accessories covering a wide and varied range of product formats, there are many different avenues to explore and solutions to be found. There may be some really exciting product development techniques, which are discovered due to sustainability development, but actually benefit the product in more ways than just sustainability, but we never would have come across if we weren’t challenged in this way – for example, our amazing woven paper handles!

Have you expanded your product in this category over the past couple of years?

We increased the size of our Essentials offer slightly in January 2022. Essentials had a bit of a ‘re-boot’, where we were able to elevate the offer and move the designs on to be much more relevant and up to date, without cannibalising the main Collage range.

We try to always get recyclable wrapping paper and paper bags for customers when purchasing goods

What about sustainability initiatives?

In January 2022, we launched an Eco range. The most exciting part of this range, is the 100% paper handle for gift bags, which emulates gros-grain, but is completely recyclable.

Storigraphic has taken a rhythmic direction with its latest design collection of products, the newly launched Sessions Series.

Inspired by the transformative power of music, the design team has translated melodic snippets into pattern form to create a design series of graphical beats. Radiating summer vibes with a bold colour palette, this cross-category collection features six prints and patterns across sustainably-produced homeware, stationery and accessories.

All Storigraphic products are produced in the UK, plastic-free and sustainably made using environmentally certified material.
