A country picnic
In spring/summer 2014 it’s time to head off with Lena Hoschek for vibrant meadows full of flowers. Picnics inspired a collection that embraces summery pastel shades, checks, colourful prints and delicate lace. Of course the designer is still remaining faithful to her style this season and triumphs with curvy silhouettes and a nod to femininity.
After a trip back in time to the 1940s and a detour to folklore and Mexico in the previous collections, in spring/summer 2014 Lena Hoschek is returning to the late 1950s. Suggestions of the early 1960s are also apparent. The designer is a past master at her core business, the pretty dress in all style eras. The idea is that women should have fun with their look – at every opportunity.
The show at the Berlin Fashion Week presents looks from the prêt-à-porter collection as well as evening gowns and wedding dresses from ‘Lena Hoschek Atelier’.
