From the same Inbox, you can publish messages to single, selected or all accounts simultaneously. Contents that are performing well can be scheduled to repeat on selected networks. Adding new streams is easy as you can readily select them from existing icons. There are options to add pages, groups or profiles as well as add multiple pages or groups even from the same social network. The number of streams that can be added depends on your package/plan. Once, your tweets are added, you can start managing your


messages. You can like, show the conversation, reply the post, forward post to other social media streams, or retweet. Content Library – Sendible allows you to store contents that can be reused for other posts. It also provides you with a content recommendation engine that can analyze your profiles and incoming content and suggest the most suitable responses thereby guaranteeing more traffic, likes and shares. Recommendations are initially based on your previous posts in the same network. Titles and tags can be added to saved content for future reference. The RSS Auto Posting feature in the software enables you to publish to social networks at set periods all though the day. Options that you can set when publishing RSS feeds include who or where to post to, update frequency, publish as schedule, draft or queued, number of entries to publish, or whether to alert you when published. Facilitate Team Work – You can generate actionable items from your incoming messages, assign teams to work on them, oversee their responses as well as approve their content before being sent out. You can see actions already taken and those pending, literally saving hours of team work every day as they have more time to work on client pitches, creating new content and generating leads. Generate Impressive Reports –It has a Reports Hub which easily analyses your social activity and profiles in standard reports and charts; and a Report Builder that allows you to create or build your own customized report. You can generate professional analytical reports from predesigned templates to monitor and manage your social media accounts. There are also over 250 charts for you to choose from to create your own reports. Reports can also be delivered to clients by email or as scheduled. Publish directly to Blogger, Tumblr or WordPress. You also have direct access to YouTube, Canva, Dropbox, and Google Drive. Listening Tools – You can literally “listen” to all your incoming messages and monitor keywords so as to know what viewers as saying about your brand or network. You can also highlight mentions as positive, negative or neutral and prioritize your response accordingly.
