Welcome to our village Welcome all 2012 visitors to this beautiful North Coast village of Lennox Head. Whether you’re looking for some excitement in the surf, retail therapy in our vibrant mix of shops, or a day out with the kids, we have plenty to keep you entertained during your stay.

Idyllic Seven Mile Beach is a striking location with a great surf break, while, for something more serene, Lake Ainsworth is a popular place to cool down. Take a walk over the headland to Boulder beach, and enjoy unique views across the shimmering ocean and back along the coastline. If you are lucky you might even spot a pod of dolphins or whales, depending on the time of year. Discover the history of Lennox by following the heritage trail to sites such as the Bora Ring on the west side of town, an ancient Aboriginal initiation ground.

For more adventurous sightseers, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, hang gliding and skating are all possibilities.

Lennox is also a great spot to do some fishing, so long as you stay safe and don’t go rock fishing. When enjoying our beach, please make sure that you always swim between the flags.

Visit our community markets every second and fifth Sunday of the month, and at other times browse our wonderful array of shops. There are all sorts of dining options to choose from, whether you are looking for a relaxed café brunch or a sophisticated meal.
