•Activity focused at two opposite corners (NE and SW)
•Female diners had generally more subtle movements than male
•Male and female segregated themselves from one another on opposite ends of the table.
•One observer maintained the same position throughout the meal
•Progressively more chaotic as you approach the corners - distance from segregation line seen as safety?
•After initial stiffness body language is consistently varied throughout meal
•There is always one person maintaining a closed body posture throughout the samples
•Use of personal space varies between diners
•Two males took out phones during the meal
