1 slice orange rind Ice 2 ounces rye whiskey or bourbon 1 maraschino cherry In a Tuscany double old fashioned glass, muddle the sugar, water, bitters, and orange rind together until the sugar has dissolved. Every family enjoys their desserts. For an entertaining presentation,

serve mix and match mini confections that allow your guests to try out
cake pop sticks
a few different options. Lenox has lots of great serving choices to show
finely ground walnuts
off your creativity and bring your party to a sweet ending.
Add cake to a large bowl and crumble until it resembles fine crumbs. Add in frosting a little bit at a time until cake is moist and can hold a ball shape. Use a mini ice cream scoop and scoop out two balls of cake mixture, roll into one tight ball. Repeat to all cake mixture. Melt 4-6 oz of chocolate. Dip tip of cake pop sticks into the chocolate and insert into the cake balls about half way. Freeze for 20 minutes. Melt the remaining chocolate making sure to have enough to completely submerge each ball. Remove cake balls from freezer. Dip cake balls carefully into the chocolate letting the excess drip off. Dip into the ground walnuts , stick into a styrofoam block to finish setting.
