Dr. Mark T. Jones Apostle & Founder Manifestations Worldwide Inc God does an awesome work in our hearts to make us in the image and likeness of Christ. The glory and praise of the Holy Spirit is to manifest Christlikeness in the body of believers in Jesus Christ. It seems that we all go through seasons of our lives where the Holy Spirit magnifies some element of the divine attribute as His personal project in manifesting that attribute in our lives. The new attribute becomes our new normal because of the engrafting (the work whereby the supernatural quality and essence of God's life becomes ours), and our temperaments are forever transformed through this process. To solidify the reality that the newness is not the work of religious zeal, human effort, nor will power, God allows us to experience a time of testing. These "tests" are not meant to disprove anything, but rather, to further manifest the reality that the divine nature has become ours to the degree that the fruit of the spirit, are now a part of our newness of being and behaving. Testing therefore is to substantiate that God's work in us is sure; and that He is the initiator, instigator, sustainer, and author of every godly work. Furthermore, God is the finisher of all that He begins, and the closer of all that He opens. Thanks be to our Glorious Father who has purposed that we be perfected through engrafting and testing.
Very often, people of purpose and destiny fail to leave an ineradicable mark on either society or mankind, only to retreat to the heavens without maximizing their God-given and intended potential. Dr. Mark T. Jones, Sr. is not only maximizing what God has deposited in him, but he is also empowering the people of God to fulfill their purpose on the earth. In this season, he is a voice for the voiceless. His messages compel the attention of those who seek to discover their purpose in life and launch their destiny.

Ashanti Chicken (Western Africa dish) Can a recipe become extinct? If so, this one should be on the endangered recipe list. Recipes appear in print only in two places. The origin of Ashanti Chicken is unclear. It is interesting to note that the dish is of two origins. Was it invented by Africans and named by Europeans? Is it a creation of West African cooks employed by Europeans, or does it predate Europeans' arrival in Africa? In any case, there should be lots of "ooohs" and "aaaahs" at the table when you eat this! Ingredients: one whole chicken, two to three pounds, de-boned one pound yams (or potatoes, or sweet potatoes), peeled and cut into quarters one pound chicken meat, white or dark (no bones) cooking oil for frying chicken one small onion, chopped one tomato, chopped (or a spoonful of tomato paste or tomato sauce) a handful of parsley, chopped a few mint leaves, chopped salt and black pepper, to taste Steps: Boil the yams (or potatoes, or sweet potatoes) until tender. When tender, remove from water and mash. While yams are cooking, fry the chicken
meat (not the whole chicken) in a few tablespoons of oil. When nearly done add the onion and tomato. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is fully cooked. Add the chicken-onion-tomato mixture to the mashed yam (or its substitute). Add parsley, mint, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Stuff the de-boned chicken with the yam-chicken mixture. Sew the chicken closed with a needle and cooking string. Rub with butter or oil, salt and pepper. Steam the stuffed chicken for two hours in a large dutch oven (place the chicken on something to keep it out of the boiling water), then baste it with oil or butter and bake it in the oven or in an outdoor grill until it is golden brown. -- Or -Bake the stuffed chicken in an oven or in an outdoor grill until it is browned, then wrap it in foil to allow it to continue to cook until fully done. Either way, be sure to use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. Make sure to check the temperature of both the whole chicken and the stuffing

Singles With Purpose (SWP) is a ministry that uplift, encourage and help with the development of the single believer. Our purpose is threefold: 1. Reach out to those who believe they are called to singleness for a season. 2. Impart sound biblical based instruction in order to produce men and women who are well balanced in spirit, soul, and body before being joined with a spouse. 3. Reach out to those who have chosen to remain single, thereby equipping them with the proper tools and instruction necessary to succeed in their lives as a single believer, while fulfilling their divine purpose. SWP also believes in
keeping single believers busy with various outings, fellowshipping with other believers, as well as open services to all singles. In January, SWP held its 2nd annual singles New Year celebration, where Apostle Mark T. Jones spoke on the single segment. The service was powerful and many got a breakthrough in areas of their lives that had once held them in bondage. After the service, we all were able to enjoy various desserts from those who are part of SWP and fellowship more on a personal level. On February 11th SWP joined another fellowship for a relationship symposium. This proved to be very encouraging, enlightening, and instilled a greater awareness on how to have success in various types of
relationships. I thank God for allowing me to lead SWP. SWP has not only given me a chance to get to know other singles at CFM, but has also allowed me to mature more as a single believer and to be an encouragement to others as well. SWP meet at CFM on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. You can also find out more about us on our ministries page online at www.centerformanifestation.co m. We look forward to seeing you soon! In Christ, Sister Rita Lewis

Tell us a little about yourself. I like helping out. My birthday is April 28th. I like salads, but not carrots or spinach. Every since my grandmother died, my life has changed. But, I’ve figured out how to stop missing her so much. I have a snow globe. So, I shake it often to help me remember the good times. What’s your favorite food, your favorite thing to do? I like corn and steak. I usually get steak at Longhorn’s Steakhouse. I like to clean up. I typically do my chores. This weekend, I straightened up the pantry and mopped. I’ll be able to have some friends over. I also like earning money once a week. Of the money I earn, I give 1/3 to the church, keep 1/3 for myself and put 1/3 in the bank. When different events occur, I use my money. For example, I used some to purchase a gift for Isaiah on his birthday. If you could give 1 gift to every single child in the world, what gift would you give? I’d give some of my toys, money and food. I wrote the President of the United States a letter, although I haven’t finished it yet. I want to help charity. I want to help the children’s hospital. What would you like to tell the readers of this Newsletter? I’d tell them to try to donate money for homeless people and the children’s hospital. My school is taking pennies for donations to children that have some type of disease. I’ve donated all of my pennies to the school. I also found some coins within my purse that I donated for this cause.

Need A Reason why to Serve in the Children’s Ministry……..
Khadejah Johnson
Reason #1 When you serve in the children’s ministry/nursery, you are being entrusted with the most important (and vulnerable) members of our church family. There is no greater treasure than the little ones God has given us. You must be someone special to have a job that is so important.
Vernetta Edwards
Reason #2 Your service in the church (children’s/nursery) is a powerful opportunity for prayer. If every children ministry worker would spend several minutes praying over the children in their care, imagine how God might begin to change this coming generation. There is no better way to create an environment of spiritual nurture than to pray while you serve in the nursery. Being used for God’s Now Generation! If you have a child that regularly attend Emerge Kidz. Please consider volunteering with us at least one Sunday out of the Month. If we get enough volunteers your services will only be need every other month.

This is the season to Manifest‌..
Our Vision Proverbs 29: 18 “Where there is no vision the people perish. Our vision is to teach the end-time church of the essence of kingdom life, and to communicate deep, spiritual truth in a simplified manner. The Center for Manifestation was released from the heart of God to be a refreshing force to the body of Christ. While the central theme and essence of this ministry is to prepare the way for the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, in part this purpose is accomplished by retraining the saints as to what their God-given roles and responsibilities in the church are. It is also the vision of this ministry to bring healing and deliverance to those who have been hindered from moving into position for the latter rains. This is the season for the manifestation of the sons of God!
