July 30, 2019: Deadline for submission of entries for the Legal Awards August 22, 2019: Judges Evalua on Begins November 1, 2019: Judges Conference November 1, 2019: Awards nite (Awards Presenta on, dinner & entertainment) PLEASE NOTE: That there is no payment a ached to nomina ons for any of the categories. The decision of the judges are final and no discussion will be entered into. Only nomina ons received before the deadline will be reviewed.

TABLE BOOKING Terms & Conditions Tables can be booked online by sending a request to esqnigerianlegalawards@gmail.com Should you opt to pay by cheque, payment is due immediately (at the latest within two weeks of your online booking). Tickets will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the event, provided payment has been received. Cancellations will be accepted and monies will be refunded (less 25% administration charge) up to and including five (5) days to the event. No refunds will be made after this date. All bookings made after are required to make payment in full, even if the table is cancelled. No refunds will be given. ESQ Awards will table plan the event giving preferential positions to bookers in the following order: sponsors, platinum tables, and standard tables and on a first come first served basis within each of these table packages. Positions in the room are subject to the number of bookings made for each package.
