The 300 sf. site is currently unused due to a drainage issue. The water flows down the slope east of the site and accumulates in the northeast corner of the site. There is an existing drain to the south west that is currently on a higher grade then the site. This creates a muddy ditch that deters use. The objective of the project is to create a sustainable space that adds value to the park as well as solving the problem of water flow within a 20,000$ budget.
