And my favourite experience is always, the opening of new spa doors, while introducing spa enthusiasts to the magical spa and wellness world, and benefit of spa therapies. I carry an encyclopaedia in my mind, with treasured memories of each issue, its content, and more importantly its impact, which allows me to be so incredibly proud of our achievements as a collective spa and wellness industry, spanning over 21 years.
