Children's bedrooms never seem big enough. With storage needed for clothes, toys, arts and crafts, as well as functional furniture including a desk, and not forgetting that all important bed. Yep, there seems to be so much that’s often crammed into a small room.
So it’s no surprise both kids and parents love a high-sleeper or loft bed. They offer that much needed floor space that would otherwise be taken with an average, low lying bed. With so many designs, there really is a loft bed or high sleeper for every age.

And whilst many loft beds and high sleepers come with furniture configurations, some don’t, so here’s some great inspo to get you brainstorming how you can utilise that added space.

A perfect use of that underbed space is for a desk, chair and even some study storage. Install a full size or corner desk for the perfect spot to complete homework or surf the web.

We know how important it is for storage in a kid’s bedroom, so using the space under a loft bed is a great way to squeeze storage furniture including wardrobes, chest of draws and book shelves.

High sleepers are a fantastic addition to your child’s bedroom, especially if it offers a creative space to play too. With so many unique designs, purchasing a high sleeper with a creative play space, or creating your very own has never been easier.
Futon Sofa
A perfect option for teens, especially those that like to host sleepovers. Loft beds often come with a futon sofa and is a great addition for young spaces with a spot to kick back and chill.
