Here at Letterbox, we love looking at colour palettes. New ones, classic ones, modern ones, eccentric. You name it, we like it. Every month we will be taking a look at a colour palette that you might want to embrace in your home. We believe every home should have a varied but coherent palette. But we also understand that for many, you just don’t know where to start, or if you’re brave enough to inject colour into your home.

In the month of June we have been looking at some of the gorgeous ways to use Peach in your home. It’s a truly stunning colour, often subtle but vibrant and a real injection of soft, calm hues for a property. What’s better, peach can be used with so many contrasting colours. Peach is a variety of shades, including apinkish hue, beige hue and orange hue.Depending on what’s your preferencedepends on what shade you should opt forin your space.

For an orange like peach, opt for Dulux,Sunblush Peach

For a pink like peach, opt for Dulux, Peach Blossom

For a soft, beige like peach, opt for Dulux, Soft Peach

WHERE CAN I USE PEACH?

Peach is yet another colour that canbe incorporated into any space in yourhome. It’s versatility with other coloursmeans it can be used as a statement wallor a subtle addition to a colour palette.Peach is also a great accent colour forwoodwork. Painted skirting boards,picture rails and door frames are hugelypopular and a great opportunity toincorporate painted woodwork and evenpeach into your home.

INSIDE THE HOME

Peach can be used in a gorgeous calming colour palette in your living spaces. A beautiful home with Boho vibes, natural materials and light spaces particularly lend well for Peach colours.

Peach is also beautiful in those practical spaces too, like your kitchen and bathroom. Will they take center stage with peach tiling or cupboards? Or will it be an accent piece with painted walls? Either way, a sleek black finish in either a bathroom or kitchen is the perfect accompaniment.

OUTSIDE THE HOME

Peach isn't strictly for inside the home. Your front door and garden spaces are a fantastic opportunities to eek in the gorgeous subtle colour. Painted fencing, furniture or even the garden shed, is a fantastic place to brighten your garden and showcase gorgeous pink hues.

BLACK

We've already mentioned, but impractical spaces like a bathroom and kitchen, peach works beautifully with a deep, bold black colour.

Consider a black suite in your bathroom or a black matte kitchen.

MUSTARD OR GREEN

Bold colours like mustard orgreen are a great accompanyingcolour to that soft, pink like peach.

Keep your furniture natural andlight for a beautifully balancedcolour palette.

NAVY

Deep, dark colours, like Navy,are a perfect partner for light,bright peach. Navy is a fantasticshade to use if wanting toshowcase peach, whilst creating amoody, yet classic interior.

WHITE

If wanting to keep your space bright and spacious, your best choice would be white. Peach would your main star in the space,with white furniture and finishing bouncing white around your space.
