City Planning Updates ALTITUDE APARTMENTS This project includes a five-story residential development consisting of 157 units with a 2-level parking garage. This project is located at 150 Airport Blvd. The contractor has completed third floor framing and is actively working on framing the fourth floor which is approximately 25% complete. Structural steel is being installed in conjunction with wood framing. Rough plumbing, electrical, and fire sprinklers inside the garage are underway. Masonry work inside the garage is approximately 75% complete. Site retaining wall work along the south-end near the railroad bridge continues and is approximately 25% complete. Off-site domestic water work is on-hold but scheduled to resume in January.

HISENSE This project includes a seven-story mixed-use building with 97 residential units, as well as 6,500 square feet of retail and three levels of parking. The project is located at 200 Linden (corner of Baden and Linden Avenues) in the Downtown Transit Corridor. The contractor has completed slabs for the first and second level including the north parking ramp. Horizontal elements up to the second level are complete and all efforts are focused on forming the third level. Target completion for the third level slab is scheduled for the end of January, early February. PG&E completed undergrounding service conversion along 3rd Lane. Low voltage utility companies are scheduled to underground their services along 3rd Lane and Baden Avenue by the end of January. 9

GENESIS This project includes two office towers totaling 665,000 square feet. The North Tower consists of 24,000 square feet of commercial space, 200-seat performing arts center, and 100 child daycare center. The Amenity Building consisting of 110-room hotel, wellness center, restaurant, retail and various amenities adjacent and connected to the North Tower. The North Tower & Amenity Building are currently under construction and is estimated to be completed by December 2019, while the hotel completion date is to be determined. This project is located directly on Highway 101 at the base of the San Bruno Mountain; perfect locale for premier visibility and convenient access point to San Francisco, SFO Airport, and Silicon Valley.
