MEET OUR LEADERSHIP
EGELAND, Executive Director TORI SARMIENTO, RN, Wellness Director
I’ve been blessed to work in this industry for the past 8 years and feel grateful to have the chance to lead the team at Regency Pullman and oversee the care we provide to our residents. My passion is leadership and making a diference in the lives of others. I also enjoy hunting, fshing, camping, football, snowmobiling, andanytimethatIcangetwith my 3 boys! My goals as the Executive Director are to cultivate a positive environment that encourages growth, learning, and work-life balance which are essential in employee retention and satisfaction. All these things will help us to a achieve high level of quality care and service to our residents.
Amanda Wilkins, Clinical Administrative Coordinator for the Regency Pullman campus. My primary role is ensuring that all the pieces and processes are completed and that we are making the environment and communication at Regency Pullman the best they can be for our staff, residents, and the families we serve. My four kiddos, my husband (an actual kid at heart), and our small farm of dogs, chickens, goats, cats, guinea pigs, and more… keep me on my toes. I love to fish and kayak, and I enjoy crafts.
I love the residents I care for, and it is an honor to work in their community.
My name is Tori Sarmiento, I’m an RN and live in Clarkston. I graduated with my ADN in 2017 from Walla Walla Community College in Clarkston. I have four kids with a 6-month-old puppy and a good man to raise them all with. I spend my free time with family, reading a good book, or in the mountains somewhere. Providing care for others has been my greatest passion. Coming to work and seeing the smiling faces of my residents fills my heart with joy. I consider myself very fortunate to be the Wellness Director at Regency Pullman.
