This fabulous band will keep you groovin’ on the dance floor long into the night! So put on your holiday finery and help support TriState Health Foundation by joining us at this year’s Festival of Trees Gala.

Mini Trees, Avenue of Wreaths & Golden Grove

The excitement of our popular mini trees and the Avenue of Wreaths is overwhelming! The community comes together annually to create these amazing creations available to purchase. They will be available in our online auction starting Thursday, November 21, at 12:00pm and ending Friday, November 22, at 10:00pm. Volunteers will be available to help you download the app to your phone so you may watch and bid on your favorites or go to https://www.tsh.org/ onlineauction-fot/. Returning this year are our Golden Grove Trees; these trees are donated back to TriState Health Foundation to be revamped so they can go to a new home. We have six smaller trees and two large trees described below:

• Journey to Bethlehem - This nativity tree reminds us of the true meaning of Christmas and takes us back to a simpler time in this season’s celebration. Decorated in earth tones and nestled in the white lights are sacred symbols of this Holy event.  Angels, nativity scenes, bells, and more, remind us of that first Christmas Night.

• Midnight Wonderland - This unique black tree brings back fond memories of moonlight nights filled with stars, snowflakes, ice crystals and all that winter’s playground offers.  The full

sized tree features white lights, red berries, with clear and white ornaments; including ice skates, skis, stars, snowflakes, snowballs, and crystals….a “Midnight Wonderland” indeed!

These will be available for purchase in our online auction as well. So make sure you bid high and bid often to win and decorate your home in holiday style. Do not miss out on your opportunity to purchase a Golden Grove tree, a festive mini tree, or a beautifully adorned wreath, available for pick up the morning of Saturday, November 23, at the Clearwater River Casino Event Center or at the Foundation office the following week of Thanksgiving, Monday – Wednesday.

Special thanks to our fabulous decorators and sincere appreciation to our mini tree & Avenue of Wreaths Committee, especially our Chair, Joyce Keefer!

Rumor has it that the lucky recipient of this dazzling tree will also be whisked away to London for a stay worthy of nobility. One wonders who will be the first to host beneath such splendid boughs—and who among you will seize the opportunity for such a grand adventure.

Yours truly,

Our Mission

TriState Health Foundation is devoted to helping TriState Health place people and their health as the first priority.

Why support a community-owned hospital?

TriState Health began with a dream 69 years ago. A group of community-minded citizens and the local War Mothers spearheaded the campaign to build a new hospital in honor of those who died in the wars in memory of their sacrifice. In one year, they raised $490,616, which was added to a federal grant of $295,000. In this way, the community worked together to provide residents with a non-profit, communityowned hospital. TriState Health, previously known as Tri-State Memorial Hospital, opened its doors on July 17, 1955, providing quality, local healthcare access for our community.

Today, philanthropy continues to play an essential role at TriState. TriState Health has been busy. In 2023, we expanded on the dream to build a community hospital by adding our new P1FCU Inpatient and Dietary wing and also updating our Imaging Center with a new MRI and two

CT Scanners. Now, we need to continue sustaining that dream by updating and expanding our Surgery Center. Together, we will follow in our grandparents’ footsteps, creating a lasting legacy that will impact the health of future generations.

As a non-profit, communitybased organization, TriState Health does not receive tax revenues from our community. Therefore, charitable contributions play a critical role in project funding.

Contributions to TriState Health through the TriState Health Foundation provide an opportunity for our community to actively determine the quality of their own healthcare in our area. These contributions enable the Foundation to support the hospital by providing new equipment, facilities, community programs, and services that might not otherwise be funded.

A contribution is your chance to make a difference in the health of our community, both today and tomorrow. It is your opportunity to demonstrate the value you place on a strong, local, independent healthcare facility and your commitment to ensure its future. “Today’s Investment in Tomorrow’s Health” remains our focus.
