Festival of Trees
I want to thank Tri-State Memorial Hospital’s Board of Directors, Trustees, employees, and our communityforsupportingtheFestivalofTreeseach and every year. It is Tri-State Hospital Foundation’s largest fundraiser and supports some of our most significant endeavors that impact healthcare in our region.
Last year, the Foundation’s Raise the Paddle portion of the Gala focused on our new inpatient and dietary wing, which is almost completed! This year, they are shifting their focus to their new surgery campaign, which will fund the expansion and equipment in our surgery department. Between 2019 and 2021, surgical services at Tri-State Memorial Hospital increased by 54%, and we expect that number to continue to rise. We were overwhelmed by the support our community showed us during our inpatient wing expansion, and we hope you will continue that support in the Foundation’s next campaign.
Last year, Tri-State Hospital Foundation provided
the hospital with over $414,000 to enhance our patients’ experience. They purchased ultrasound machines,Strykerbedsidetables,anElectrosurgical Unit, and more. As our community-owned hospital continues to grow, the Foundation is vital to our success. The Festival of Trees presents a unique opportunity to invest in the health of our community that will last for generations to come.
I hope you all will have the chance to enjoy viewing the beautiful trees and wreaths created by many! Thank you again for your continued support of Festival of Trees. Your generosity does not go unnoticed. I wish you and your families a happy and safe holiday season!

Our Mission
Tri-State Hospital Foundation is devoted to helping Tri-State Memorial Hospital place people and their health as the first priority.
WHY SUPPORT A COMMUNITY-OWNED HOSPITAL?
Tri-State Memorial Hospital’s dream began 67 years ago. A group of community-minded citizens and the local War Mothers spearheaded the campaign to build a new hospital in honor of those who died in the wars to build a hospital in memory of their sacrifice. In one year, they raised $490,616, which was added to a federal grant of $295,000. In this way, the community worked together to provide residents with a non-profit, community-owned hospital. Tri-State Memorial Hospital opened its doors on July 17, 1955, providing quality, local healthcare access for our community.
Today, philanthropy continues to play an essential roleatTri-State. Asweexpand our dream to build a new Inpatient & Dietary Wing we follow in our grandparents’ footsteps, creating a lasting legacy that will impact future generations. We now need
to sustain our dream by updating and expanding our Surgery Center and Imaging Center.
As a non-profit, community-based organization, Tri-State Memorial Hospital does not receive tax revenues from our community. Therefore, charitable contributions play a critical role in project funding.
Contributions to TriState Memorial Hospital through the Tri-State Hospital Foundation provide an opportunity for our community to actively determine the quality of their own healthcare in our area. These contributions enable the Foundation to support the hospital by providing new equipment, facilities, community programs, and services that might not otherwise be funded.
A contribution is your chancetomakeadifferencein the health of our community, both today and tomorrow. It is your opportunity to demonstrate the value you place on a strong, local, independent healthcare systemandyourcommitment to ensure its future. “Today’s Investment in Tomorrow’s Health” remains our focus.
We Think Beyond Insurance
We give thanks and celebrate our clients and employees committed to making a difference in our community. It’s not just about insurance. Proud supporters of Tri-State Memorial Hostpital Foundation and Festival of Trees. Making a difference every day. Find your Local Branch at stonebrakermcquary.com
