Frog Wizard Fruited Wild Ale is a home-brew spontaneously fermented wild beer. Brewed by Lewis Ryan, A.K.A Lewy using wild-caught yeast & aged on Sour Cherries (Rheinische Schattenmorelle, Albalu & Morello) Strawberries, Raspberries & Red Currants - all harvested from Lewy’s food forest garden project. Green hopped with food forest grown hops including Challenger, Chinook, Galena, Pheonix, Prima Donna & Saaz.
