AT THAT TIME SHE SAW TORI HOGAN NP AND WAS ADVISED NOT TO GO TO WORK AND HAVE COMPLETE BRAIN REST THAT INCLUDED TV, PHONE, AND READING. SHE HAS BEEN ABLE TO DO LIMITED THINGS BUT HAS NOT RESUMED TV OR READING. SHE WORKS THREE PART TIME JOBS AND FEELS THAT HER SYMPTOMS ARE STILL TOO FREQUENT TO GO BACK. SHE IS PHONOSENSITIVE, PHOTOSENSITIVE, AND MOTION SENSITIVE. SHE REPORTS NOT BEING ABLE TO DRIVE MORE THAN TEN MINUTES WITHOUT A MIGRAINE STARTING. SHE CANNOT TOLERATE BEING IN A ROOM WITH ANY LIGHT OR ANY NOISE. SHE REPORTS THAT HER OVERALL INTENSITE OF THE HEADACHE HAS REDUCED FROM A 10/10 TO A 6/10 DAILY. ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION - SHE HAD STARTED PROZAC SEVERAL WEEKS AGO HOWEVER AFTER ONE WEEK SHE LOST HER BOTTLE AND STOPPED TAKING IT. SHE SCORED SIXTEEN ON THE DEPRESSION SCALE TODAY.
