A season that extends outdoors With the arrival of Spring comes not only light, but outdoor living, all day long. The porch, patio, terrace, garden and park are now our lush, green living room. This is the season that lets the outdoors become a natural extension of our homes. Of course, this new, seasonal living room should be given the same kind of loving attention as your indoor space – decorated, accessorized and the table set with the same love and care as the rest of the year. There’s something inviting and magical about the contrast between a carefully set outdoor table with linen, napkins, and proper plates and the wild and untamed, green nature surrounding it. What’s more, food just seems to taste better outdoors. Even a simple cup of coffee is richer and more delicious. Seeing friends and being together seems easier and comes more naturally; conversations flow better. Sleep is never as blissful as when you’re basking in the shadow of a leafy tree or under the blue sky with a perfectly mowed lawn – or a meadow – as your mattress. If the weather allows, why not extend your bedroom outside? Make up a proper bed in your outdoor space with duvets, pillows, and Lexington bed linens in summery colors and textures as soft as a warm summer breeze. Welcome to the season that extends outdoors.
“Once you get outdoors, you want to spend more time there. Food just seems to taste better when eaten outside.
Lexington bedding quality REST ASSURED IT’S MADE TO LAST
Quality is never more important than when you sleep, whether that’s during the night or a daytime nap. Here are the high-quality materials in seasonal patterns and colors that not only make you sleep like baby, but also add some serious style to your bedroom. L U S T R O U S S AT E E N
Sateen is made from cotton and is a classic bedding fabric, for good reason. It wrinkles less than pure cotton, it’s easy to iron, and it softens with use. It also has a slight luster thanks to a unique weave that lends a luxurious look and feel. SEERSUCKER SEASON
Seersucker is the quintessential spring and summer material thanks to its ability to stay cool. Its wrinkled surface – a thin, puckered, cotton fabric that’s easy to wash – conditions the air, and it has a laidback elegance whether it’s used for a suit or your bed linen. Seersucker looks best un-ironed – it’s when the material comes alive. SOFT AND LUXURIOUS COTTON-TENCEL
Tenceltm , also referred to as lyocell, is a natural, long-lasting fiber that comes from fast-growing trees such as eucalyptus and beech. The experience of sleeping in Tenceltm is soft, embracing and luxurious. It’s also easy to care for with less ironing required than cotton to create that crisp look and feeling. However, natural, slightly wrinkled bed linens also create a warm, inviting space, especially during the spring and summer. C O O L A N D F R E S H C H A M B R AY
Chambray is a cotton plain-weave fabric made with a dyed warp yarn and a white filling yarn. To create chambray, you need white and color in the warp and white in the weft – this is the construction that gives chambray its look. Due to its light weight, it’s a very cool and fresh-feeling spring fabric.

Seasonal cooking and eating A C E L E B R AT I O N O F T H E SMALL THINGS IN LIFE
This spring is all about preparing, cooking and serving with easy elegance. Oh, the small things in life. What exactly are they, you ask? It can be anything that makes a moment or the day slightly better and more enjoyable. In spring, the small things are easier to access. It’s setting the table with love and care, without overdoing it. It’s cooking with seasonal ingredients, but not fussing too much about it. The small things in life also include opening the kitchen window and smelling the fresh spring air. And, of course, it’s outdoor eating, or just enjoying a cup of coffee if you’re in no mood to cook. These, and a million other things, are the small things in life, and every now and then we need a reminder of just how important they are.

Our products are made to last forever, but they also brighten up your home for the season.
“A nap under the leaves, a good book in your favorite corner, a mug of coffee on a comfortable bench: the outdoors is the place for rest and relaxation.

If you look at our men’s and women’s collections, you’ll find pieces that are timeless and iconic – pieces that are distinctly Lexington. We obsess over fits, materials, patterns and details, but the basic idea of each garment stays the same, because they are already… well, perfect. This spring we’re extra passionate about everything denim. It’s a material that represents so much of what we’re about as a brand and as a company: functionality and style. It’s also a material that’s made to last and looks better the more you wear it. Invest in some good denim now, and you’ll look sharp for many more seasons to come.

COLLECTION HIGHLIGHTS
This season, there’s lots of denim, including a shirt dress that goes with anything and is easy to dress up or down. There’s also a workwear-inspired shirt in cotton twill that can be paired with a casual hoodie, or a crisp button-down shirt. No spring is complete without lightweight, comforting knits that look great when paired with denim; the same goes for linen shirts, which is why we’ve made ours in several hues. The color scheme this season is more subdued and pared-back. Shades of khaki, blue and white make for that easy elegance we love so much. Every piece is made to be worn; made to last.
