Blue Sox Baseball Camp* $210 Resident • $220 Non-Resident

Learn baseball from the 16-time Intercity League Champions, the Lexington Blue Sox! Led by Dan Graham, Lowell High School Varsity Baseball Coach, and Matt Karis, assistant baseball coach at Austin Prep, along with former and current college and professional players. With an emphasis on skill development aimed at student-athletes who want to play baseball at a competitive level, this Camp is an opportunity for children to learn the ins and outs of baseball. By dedicating time

each day to different parts of the game, players will not only develop skills on the field, but take away drills, off-field training, and recovery ideas. This program strives to create an environment where student-athletes want to not only better themselves, but also their teammates. Daily activities include stretching, band work, throwing program, defensive theme of the day, offensive instruction, and scrimmaging. Monday-Thursday, with Friday as a rain date. Players should bring a baseball glove.

Viking Soccer Camp*

Half Day: $180 Resident • $190 Non-Resident Full Day: $235 Resident • $245 Non-Resident

At the Viking Soccer Camp, participants will learn the basic and advanced techniques of soccer including dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting. The camp is kept lively with games such as Goalie Wars, Dynasty, and Line Soccer. The camp will conclude with the Viking World Cup! Participants should bring a soccer ball and shin guards.

Archery - Summer Sessions $195 Resident • $205 Non-Resident

Archery is an individual sport that provides the opportunity for anyone to do well. The benefits of archery include exercise, mental focus, self-discipline, and social interaction with peers. This program teaches the fundamentals of good form, technique, and how to be safe. Taught by Shawn Bowlby who has 20+ years of experience and has won the national indoor championship 8 times. Archery equipment is provided and will be sanitized and disinfected after every class.

F.A.S.T. Athletics Flag Football*

Half Day: $210 Resident • $220 Non-Resident Full Day: $280 Resident • $290 Non-Resident

F.A.S.T. Athletics will teach everyone game strategies, catching techniques, and most importantly how to work together as a team. Participants will participate in different situational games such as Red Zone Defense, Fourth and Inches, and the QB Challenge as they learn the importance of fair play. Each class will end with a simulated game broken down into 4 quarters – the coaches will have tons of plays ready to go for their teams!
