F.A.S.T. Athletics SuperSports $160 Resident • $170 Non-Resident

Get up, get going, get active with a F.A.S.T. Athletics Super Sports Program. F.A.S.T. Athletics will offer a variety of sports each week such as: Soccer, Mat Ball, Basketball, Dodgeball, and Kickball. Programs will include proper stretching and warm-up games as well as learning basic skills of each sport. Each class will end with a high energy game with the sport played that day.

F.A.S.T. Athletics Dodgeball $160 Resident • $170 Non-Resident

The most intense and exciting program you have ever seen. The students will learn how to work together, strategize and exercise without even knowing it! There are tons of creative and competitive dodgeball games incorporated into this program. There will never be a dull moment!!! Gatorskin dodgeballs will be used which are proven to be the safest dodgeballs out there! Safety rules and regulations will be enforced before each class.

This program is a combination of warm-up games and sports such as soccer, kickball, and T-Ball. It will ease children into learning the basics of all these great games as well as teaching them the importance of teamwork! Each F.A.S.T. Athletics class will have new and exciting games planned for the students.

Kids Combined Martial Arts $125 Resident • $135 Non-Resident

Come to the Community Center and join instructor Charles Crayton Jr., a 6th-degree black belt with 30 years of experience, for classes in combined martial arts. Come away learning self-defense moves of all kinds, a sharper mind, patience, and self-discipline.

Skyhawks Beginning Golf $120 Resident • $130 Non-Resident

Participants will learn the fundamentals of swinging, putting, body positioning, etiquette, and keeping score. Specifically designed for the entry-level player with simplified instruction so young players can make an easy and effective transition onto the golf course. All equipment will be provided.

Teen Rock Climbing Clinic $375 Resident • $385 Non-Resident

The teen climbing clinic is a great first step to learn about the sport of climbing in a fun, low-stress environment. In this program, the coaches will introduce participants to the skills and concepts that climbers need to build a solid foundation for climbing growth. This program strives to open the door for climbers to become comfortable in the gym and make lasting friendships. The coaches will use a mix of climbing instruction and team-building games to facilitate each practice. Clinic participants will learn climbing vocabulary, techniques, and body awareness, all in an inviting environment.

Pump It Up Basketball $185 Resident • $195 Non-Resident

Under the direction of Lexington standout and high school coach Tom Henneberry and college coach Dan Holbrook, Pump It Up Basketball strives to teach proper basketball fundamentals to children who want to improve their skills, stay active, and have fun! All skill levels are welcome. Through demonstrations, fun drills, and friendly competition, Pump It Up Basketball will emphasize both individual and team concepts while stressing the importance of respect, attitude, and being a good teammate. Participants receive individual feedback every session and recommendations on how to improve.

Pick-Up Soccer for Middle Schoolers— $135 Resident

Be ready to put on your winter layers, tighten those laces, and be ready for some pickup soccer! That's right. Soccer in the winter. You read it correctly. Play 5v5 with the same cohorts two times a week while following all the current safety protocols. We can't wait for you to join us. Soccer balls will be provided. Right Brain Curriculum - Lego Adventures $200 Resident • $210 Non-Resident

Are you a Lego master? It’s time to show off your skills! Each week is a new challenge: from skyscrapers to farms, bridges to airports, space stations to main streets, and everything in between! First, our instructors review the history of what we are about to build: How the elevator revolutionized skylines, how 1930s' farms survived grasshoppers and the Dust Bowl, how aeroelasticity explains why the Tacoma bridge nicknamed “Galloping Gertie” collapsed, etc. Then, it’s time to build! You create a model of each structure out of an enormous assortment of Legos. We photograph each creation before moving on to our next topic. In our final week, you create a final landmark project to show visiting parents. Learning and Legos: A perfect match!

Wicked Cool 4 Kids -Engineering Workshop and or Lego Jr Builders $215 Resident • $225 Non-Resident

Engineering Workshop: Wicked Cool engineers will be put to the task to build things that go. Explore the engineering and design process to build balloon powered cars, hovercrafts, and magnet powered JunkBots. We'll add in some tall towers, catapults, and bridges and a house for a superhero. Lego Jr Builders: This introductory K-1 LEGO set allows learning through creativity and constructionism using standard sized lego bricks, plates, and minifigures. Activities focus on cross-curricular learning through design, building, and classification. Earn your builder’s license to Construct a bridge, build a wheelchair, and create a machine that you invent. Use language skills to set a scene and build with sounds.

Skyhawks Street Hockey – $155 Resident • $165 Non-Resident

Score a winning goal with our Street Hockey program! Coaches teach the key concepts of passing, shooting, defense, stick handling, and speed in a safe, non-checking environment. Designed for beginning and intermediate players, this program teaches new skills, builds confidence, and instills valuable lessons such as teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect. Equipment will be provided. No skates allowed, shoes required.
