ECOLOGICAL MEMORY OF IZMIR MELES STREAM//İZMİR
Meles is a stream that starts from İzmir airport and flows into the sea from the coast of Alsancak. With industrialization, the land and social environment fed by the stream has been seriously damaged. Within the scope of the CP401 coded Urban Design Studio, the students of planning and architecture have developed various projects on Meles Stream and its close surroundings together. The team of 7 members, including me, first planned the restoration of Meles Stream and its damaged nature and then to developed a urban design project on ecological memory in İzmir.

The area where the factory buildings were previously located today is functioning as a high school area with the factory buildings. Applications to be made in the fields of education for the ecological memory that is intended to be created within the scope of the project are very important. It is aimed to re-function these historic buildings and develop a campus model with ecological sensitivity.

OUTDOOR LIVING ROOMS MODEL
It was aimed to design the site where the old factory buildings were located as an open exhibition area within the scope of the project. The structures in the area and only the remaining walls are designed as exhibition structures in which endemic species in Izmir will be exhibited.

ECO-CENTER
Another place where the city's ecological memory is formed is the Ecological Center. Within the scope of the project, the ecologic centre will also work as a place where information is collected and shared in order to restore the damaged natural elements to the city. The techniques used in the green infrastructure system in space setup are included in the design process.

Ege district is an inward-oriented settlement which has scarce connectÄąon with the city. It is also very clo new city center project. Eventhough the neighbourhood is surrounded by Meles Stream, Its relation is we by the concrete border and fence. Its border emerged from the previous floods near the district. Potential recreational areas which meles stream can provide to ege district are left behind due to pollution and pr planning methods. Ege district has a very strong urban context since it is close to meles delta (future we and new city center. Dense building layout creates a need for green gathering spaces which the neighbou is in very need of. MUĞLA IN A DROP Muğla
CP301-302 coded studio within the scope of Muğla district has been worked. Muğla is one of t important cities of Turkey in terms of both nature and historical values. But, Muğla is struggli ecological problems. The most important of these is the pollution in the basin in which Muğla involved and the ecological damages that occur due to them. For this reason, the group of 5 m including me, has developed strategies that follow the holistic approach to watershed, taking
the ecological degradation. First, an analytical study was carried out in Muğla province and th interview studies were made. However, SWOT analysis and population-emproyment projections were made and the proposed solutions were localised within the scope of 1/100.000 scaled sp plan. After that, for center district of Muğla(Menteşe), 1/7000 and 1/4500 scaled Structural P produced. A New Town//PAMUTOPIA Selcuk is a district of Izmir. It has many natural, archaeological and cultural structures from ancient times. Within the scope of the CP 202 Planning Design Studio, A 1/10000 scale Master Plan and 1/2000 scale Implementation Plan were made for Pamucak which is a part of Selçuk.

PAMUTOPIA First of all, 30000 population were identified for the city, and the growth of the city was limited by creating a green network influenced by the Garden CityMovement of Ebezener Howard. A compact city model has been implemented and attention is given to the variety of commercial life in the city centre. In this context, a safe city center was wanted to be created and the center was designed as a pedestrian-weighted area.

Within the scope of the project, a future scenario on urban articulation in Istanbul has been prepared. As a matter of the competition, it has enabled the production of ideas and utopias on changing space production along with the changing production modes of a city. The future scenario for the competition project is that all the layers of today's which can be read will become a museum one day.
MY NEIGHBORHOOD:
BAKIRKÖY
Bakırköy district is a district where historical and registered buildings are concentrated. New buildings in harmony with the environment were proposed and a square for the area given within the scope of the project. Social life has been moved up one floor and some traffic related regulations have been made.
