LE MOT DU PRESIDENT A MESSAGE FROM ERIC VETEAU La troisième édition de la Nuit de la lecture aura lieu vendredi 24 janvier 2020 de 18.00 à 21h00 au LFC. Cette soirée enchanteresse mettra à nouveau à l'honneur les mots, les livres et la création, dans toutes les langues et toutes les cultures.
The third annual Nuit de la lecture will take place on Friday, January 24, 2020 from 5:30 to 9:00 pm. at the LFC. This enchanting evening will once again honor books, words and creativity in all languages and cultures.
Auteurs, conteurs et illustrateurs seront présents toujours en plus grand nombre (6 cette année !) pour partager leur passion avec les petits et les grands. Parmi les nouveautés, un "escape game" inspiré des aventures d'Harry Potter sera proposé dans plusieurs salles de classe.
Authors, storytellers and illustrators are attending each year in ever-increasing numbers (six this year!) to share their passion with young and old alike. Among the new features you will find a Harry Potter Escape Game in several rooms of the Lycée.
Un très grand BRAVO à Perrine Domaine et à toute l'équipe organisatrice pour savoir renouveler les projets et les activités tout en conservant la fraîcheur et spontanéité de cet événement très apprécié et attendu par notre communauté. Elle a illustré des livres sur les mouffettes, les renards, les balbuzards et les chauves-souris et se consacre actuellement aux paresseux. Elle vous expliquera son travail et proposera un atelier de création ! Les lecteurs pourront commander des exemplaires signés de ses livres.// In this interactive workshop we will video chat with Kate Garchinsky, wildlife illustrator. Kate has illustrated books about skunks, foxes, ospreys and brown bats and is currently working on a book about sloths. We will ask her to tell us how she creates such beautiful illustrations and have a hands-on follow-up activity about her favorite animals after our conversation is over.
