• The vineyards are from 80 to 10 years old. They are managed only by the family, with meticulous care paid to the vines’ health and to low yields. • No synthetic chemicals are used, and full respect is given to the environment. • The grapes are hand-harvested into small boxes. • They are immediately inspected for quality and pressed. • Fermentation and preparation of the base wines is in temperature-regulated stainless steel. • Extraction from the skins is natural, and ambient yeasts initiate fermentation, ensuring good extraction of natural compounds, assisted by punchdowns and pumpovers. • The wines the need ageing rest in once- and twice used French oak tonneaux for at least one year. The wine is stabilised and ages in the bottle at least three months. • Dark glass 750ml bottles are used. • Natural corks. • Cases of cardboard or wood. The Brettarossa wines stand out for their fine bouquet and smooth mouthfeel, and for their moderate alcohol and easy drinkability, yet they exhibit full body and great elegance.

SPARKLING BRUT WHITE WINE In the secret search of the golden cluster I found myself in the vineyard of the island of dreams where I met two wayfarers that pointed out to me the road of the grapes. Later I discovered that in their semblances were hidden the spirits of magic and invention. Together we approached, grape after grape the cluster that gives scent and consistence to this blonde nectar, bursting sparks of joy, which take the name of my princess.

The taste evolution and the necessity of an early income pushed the producer to sell in the springtime. MACATIN’ (Monferrato Rosso DOC) A wine born more from the land then from the man Macatin is a wine that takes its name from a particular cru of our winery. It was born with the desire to produce a wine from our territory with particular caracteristics using grapes that could extract new sensations from this land. Once evaluated the different composition of the areas, we planted Pinot, Shiraz and Albarossa choosing the best matching formulas. The result of the blend is a new wine born more from the land then from man with an intense ruby red color and a penetrating profume of fruit, full bodied with soft tannins which leave a large and persistent after taste, a perfect wine for aging.
