Superior Servers A collection of stainless steel serving pieces with color handles allowing interchangability for a unique serving set. Terms and Conditions Order Terms Minimum FIRST order is $250. Minimum re-order is $150. By filling out and signing the form, the Buyer commits to purchase and payment within agreed upon terms.
Payment: All opening orders must be pre paid by check, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), or PayPal (all credit cards are accepted via Papal) L&G may charge the Customer a service fee of $25 in the event an invalid or delinquent check has been given for payment. Net 15/30 terms are available upon request for returning orders. Late payments will incur a fee of 5% every 30 days past payment due date.
Shipping: Shipping of orders can take from 3-6 weeks depending on the quantity. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. All merchandise is shipped FOB origin. Orders are normally shipped via FedEx with the exception of international orders. L&G will ship using a carrier designated by Buyer upon request. L&G will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by a carrier. Shipping charges may be billed separately on credit card orders. Returns: All returns and claims must be pre-authorized by L&G either by phone or E-mail within 5 working days of receipt. Merchandise is eligible for return if it has not sustained any major damage to the package or product. Merchandise that has been damaged during shipping is not eligible for return. L&G is not responsible for return shipping costs. Returns after 5 days are subject to a 25% restock fee. By placing an order with L&G, the Buyer accepts the above terms. These terms and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. L&G reserves the right to refuse any wholesale item regardless of reason.
