Lha provides free language courses, vocational training, cultural exchanges, environmental protection awareness courses and organizes many other projects which have greatly benefited the welfare of the community and young Tibetans. For the improvement of democratic society, it is very important for any NGO to provide services to the community without depending on the Tibetan government, and we are greatly appreciative to Lha for serving the community on their own.
