Radical Team Poland Radical Team Poland was founded in 2010 and is the official representative of Radical Sportscars in Poland.

The team is based in Poznan approximately 2 hours drive west of Berlin and only 400 meters away from the Poznan circuit. The team is located in its own new 500 sqm. building featuring a modern workshop and other facilities required to support your racing.

As a team we provide a complete range of race support services for customers, with or without their own cars. These include car hire, preparation and transportation, driver coaching, and a range of hospitality options.

The Radical SR3 RS Radical Team Poland ownes and run six Radical SR3 RS of which two is fully prepared to compete in any Radical Singel Mark Championship.

The team´s race ready Radical SR3 RS´s are powered by a RPE 1500cc 260 bhp engine taking you from 0-100 in 2.8 sec. Both wet tyres and slicks comes from Dunlop Motorsport and is specifically developed for the Radical Race car.
Other features on the cars are F1-type paddle-shift gearbox, full aerodynamic kit, FIA approved fuel-cell, 6-point harness, upgraded brakes, triple-adjustable shock absorbers, Onboard video and datalogging system and much more

The team’s race engineering team his headed by Matteo Cavedoni who learned his trade working for leading race teams for the past 20 years. Matteo´s knowledge of Radical sports-prototype cars is second to none and under his direction, Radical Team Polands engineering team continue to prepare and support race-winning cars. The team can handle any job, from standard maintenance, to trackside engine changes, through to complete car rebuilds back at base.

Radical Team Poland will take delivery of a brand new race transporter for the team at the beginning of the 2014 season. Highly specified, the transporter provides the following key facilities: • Luxury Office/Sitting area • Fully floored 7m x 14m awning with hospitality section for drivers and their guest • Transportation capacity for up to four GT cars or five Formula/Sports-prototype car

Hospitality - The customer experience
Radical Team Poland understands that, whilst race results are paramount, drivers and their guests want to enjoy themselves. At every event, a hospitality area is set up, featuring a selection of hot, cold, soft and alcoholic drinks served by the team's dedicated hostess, who is at your beck and call all day.

Drivers Development - That’s worth a tenth

Most racing drivers would agree that you never stop learning and developing your skills behind the wheel, and that is certainly our ethos at Radical Team Poland. All of the team’s cars are fitted with AIM integrated telemetry and video systems, enabling driver performance analysis and comparison.

Professional driver Andrea Fausti together with veteran Radical racer Bernardo Pellegrini races for the team and is available for demonstration laps and in-car instruction.

Testing & Track-days - Practice makes perfect
!
Radical Team Poland attends a significant number of test days and trackdays throughout the year. These days provide an ideal opportunity to optimise performance at a particular circuit both in terms of driver development and car set up.
!
To drive on a test day, you must hold a race licence and be conversant with racing regulations. These days simulate race conditions and enable the team to make performance gains. Trackdays, on the other hand, don’t play such a key role in car set-up as they tend to be busy with road cars. They are, though, useful for driver development and circuit familiarisation.

Radical Racing! Going wheel-to-wheel with thirty other Radical´s Racing in one of Radical’s many single-marque race series is the ultimate driving experience, the thrill of battling wheel-to-wheel with over thirty other Radicals provides an adrenaline rush beyond compare, and it has become a draw for both club racers and seasoned professionals alike.

Race with us - Join the Team! Radical Team Poland is planning to compete in the Supersport class at 2014 Radical European Masters (REM) and is looking for drivers to pilot the team´s Radical SR3 RS. The team accepts both new-commers* and experienced drivers as well as privately owned Radicals SR3 RS for the full series or for selected rounds.

As the REM 2014 sporting regulations and calendar is not published yet our offer is based on the 2013 sporting regulations and calendar and therefor shall be considered for planning and budgetary purpose only. Radical European Masters 2014
The Radical Masters Euroseries is Radical's premier international championship, offering the closest experience and performance to LMP racing but for a fraction of the price, and the 2014 season offers an unrivalled package of current GP venues and thrilling, modern circuits in a calendar that spans from March to November.

Reinforcing the link and quality of the competition in the Radical Masters Euroseries, this year's champion will receive an LMP2 test with a leading Le Mans team, and a chance to drive a Daytona Prototype in the Rolex 24 at Daytona courtesy of Radical fuel partner Sunoco.

The six-round FIA-recognised championship includes a full test day and season opener race at Nurburging GP before joining the heavily promoted GT Sport package, ensuring high levels of service and organisation and the racing will always be watched by large crowds.

Each meeting features two 40-minute practice sessions, two fifteen minute qualifying sessions and a pair of 50 minute races. Drivers can elect to drive solo or with a partner, with a mandatory pitstop in the middle of the race for a driver change. Pro/Am driver gradings are equalised by a variable pit stop length for even closer racing amongst the Masters Class (for SR8 RXs) and Supersports Class (for SR3 RS) teams.

Practice makes Perfect? Even top-flight international racing drivers have coaches that help them develop their skills and improve their performance quickly.

Working with one of Radical Team Polands experianced driving coaches, your circuit-driving skills will improve rapidly whether you are still developing an understanding of the racing line or honing advanced techniques like “heel-and-toe” or practice starts. The training take place in a Radical SR3 RS 1340cc if you are a beginner or in one of our race prepped SR3 RS 1500cc if you already have some experience. A training session typically lasts for an hour of intensive in-car tuition but depending on your requirements can be tailored to fit your needs. This is the ideal way to prepare for becoming a certified race car driver or to improve your driving skills in general.

"My job is as easy to describe as it is complex to perform. I have to co-ordinate all the work, which must be carried out on the car. Operating under my instruction is a team of 2-6 mechanics depending on how many cars we are running and what type of event.

We discuss and organise changes to the set up and changes to running of the car." I am working in close cooperations with the mechanics to find the configuration best suited to whatever track we are at from race to race. Using the telemetry, we monitor every single aspect of the way the car is running on the track.Then, once the session is over, we examine all the data and take decisions as to how we can get the most out of the car."

Beside this I will also help our new drivers to understand how a car is behaving and why as well as teach them how to communicate with the race engineer to make sure we can optimize the car configuration and in the extension the drivers performance�
