Garden New York - Long Island African-American Chamber Launches Free Counseling to Help LI, NYC Cos Qualify for Funding LI African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc., a participating organization in the Community Navigator Pilot Program, is funded in part through United States Black Chamber’s grant with the U.S. Small Business Administration. The Long Island African Chamber of Commerce is New York State's largest African American Chamber of Commerce and the New York District Office of the United States Small Business Champion for 14 Counties in Downstate' New York which services the areas of New York City, Long Island and the downstate counties of Duchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester. The program is being funded by a Community Navigator grant through the United States Small Business Administration to promote access to capital for small businesses. The initial grant went to the United States Black Chamber of Commerce. The LIAACC has partnered with several financial institutions that are energized in supporting minority businesses. The goal of the Community Navigator Pilot Program is to get your business up and qualified for all available funds.
