It is not necessary to meditate longer, especially if you are a beginner. Of course, the longer the better. Most importantly, meditation is moderate and relaxed; we do not want to create stress. It’s good to start with 5 minutes every day and gradually increase. Basaho CLASSIC Zafu Meditation Cushion B Lotuscrafts Zafu Meditation Cushion Crescent Siddha Review: I am thrilled with this quality set – bought individually here on Amazon – from Lotus crafts. The crescentshaped Zafu is very comfortable, I have not removed any of the spelt shell cases, but left as is. The cotton is lovely thick quality. The zip is secreted behind the handy carry handle, the spelt shells are secured within an inner cover. Stitching is excellent & I like the logo showing on the back of the Zafu. I also treated myself to the luxurious thickly padded Zabuton. The orange of the Zafu goes perfectly with the paler sunset colours in the Paisley pattern design. The two combine to make my little oasis for meditation, I feel I am in my own suspended area as defined by the dimensions of the Zabuton. I highly recommend, these are worth every penny.

I am new to meditation but already noticed a difference in my posture as it keeps one in the correct position. It arrived on time and in perfect order as it was well packaged. It has a little carry handle which is great and it looks lovely in the lounge. A pretty, practical addition to my life and home! Really good value for money too!

Om Vita Zafu Yoga Meditation Cushion Support Cushion for Yoga and Meditation Review: I bought myself this pillow cushion a month or so ago for yoga and absolutely LOVE it. Now every day a new student sees me using it and wants one! I have since ordered some of the others in a variety of colours, all fabulous. They are the most beautiful and comfortable cushions I have ever had. IT is very well made with a firm filling which returns to its original shape after being sat on. I use mine not only for meditation but as a prop in many of the seated poses, almost like a small bolster, and as a support behind my back when I’m sitting at the computer.. Highly recommended to everyone, not just yogis.
