Doctor of Health Sciences (D.H.Sc.) The D.H.Sc. is a 60-credit-hour program that offers a general specialization — this allows you to have flexibility to choose the classes you want and customize your degree. The D.H.Sc. is a post-professional degree and is designed for those who want to pursue advanced professional practice. This program also features a 225-hour practicum, which can be done locally where you are, and an applied research project.
