Launched in the fall of 2023, The Champion Club is an exciting, multilevel membership program that lets alumni choose from five levels of impact. Club membership contributions help fund the Alumni Association Scholarship, which aids students in financial crisis or need. It also serves the alumni community by supporting alumni chapters and events.
Within a year, The Champion Club has expanded its representation into 23 states and all five decades of our alumni.

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP
Passing the Flame — Champion to Champion
The Alumni Association Scholarship Fund is 100% funded by Liberty alumni to support students in financial need. The majority of the scholarship's funding comes from The Champion Club initiative. Together, we have made a lasting impact on the lives of some of our students.
10 scholarships of $5,000 each awarded in August 2024 to:
• Current Liberty University juniors and seniors
• Students of the highest need
• Legacy students (children of alumni)
• Students in good academic standing
375 students qualified for the scholarship
• 97% of qualified students are still in need of scholarships.
Recipients represent 4 schools at Liberty:
• School of Health Sciences | 3 students
• John W. Rawlings School of Divinity | 2 students
• School of Communication & the Arts | 2 students
• College of Arts & Sciences | 3 students
60% of schools still need representation.

My dad picked up shifts as an Uber driver — sometimes out until 3 in the morning driving — to help me get through school, so this scholarship will not only help me get through this year but also help my dad. ALUMNI LOCAL CHAPTERS & EVENTS
Alumni chapters offer a vibrant community where Liberty graduates can connect, network, and look back on their college days. By joining a chapter, alumni gain access to local events and community service opportunities — and have a chance to give back to their alma mater.
We now have over 20 alumni chapters across 13 U.S. states with 8 new ones launched in the past 11 months:

This year, we hosted two exciting events:
Alumni Homecoming Breakfast
• Grew 67% in attendance from Homecoming 2023 to 2024
• Hosted 500 alumni and their families
Alumni Easter Egg Event
• Reached over 750 alumni and community members
• Shared the hope of Jesus with the Lynchburg community
