This is my fifth year thesis book for my final undergraduate interior architecture studio. Located in Portland, Oregon, this Ecotherapy Center for Anxiety works to create an accessible and sustainable facility for people to take care of their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. It combines the healing powers of nature with traditional forms of therapy to emphasize the symbiotic relationship between humans and the natural environment. Healing is not an isolated process. It is accomplished through shared experience and a sense of community. This project book documents my early schematic design process, research, case studies, interviews, site & codes analysis and final presentation.
