To all stakeholders, managers, technical directors, coaches, players, parents and fans Dear all, Our absolute goal is to bring as soon as possible new, modern ideas in the football development process of the Lithuanian football federation, clubs, academies and schools. To implement this goal we created a better professional structure in which we will feel the ambition to reach this goal. Everybody must be breathing the LFF Vision. The optimal cooperation between all the departments is an absolute necessary fact! Woman and Men ! The new VISION and STRATEGY will create perfect circumstances to develop the Federation and clubs, academies and schools to a better level. In Football there is no truth, but if we follow up ALL TOGETHER the NEW IDEAS, based on modern attitudes, skills, technical and tactical, physical and mental attitudes, we will progress and develop quickly. The first year of implementation of the strategy is called the "Year of Change" and these changes will require close, sustained work and support from the football community.
On 7th of February, 2020, I presented the Technical Strategy 2020-2024. The Strategy consists of 11 focus areas that we will implement over the next 4 years: Ø The National Training Center Ø Grassroots Ø RSC Anderlecht Vision Ø Regional Youth Ø Scouting System Ø National Teams Ø Elite Youth Education Ø Women's Football Ø Coach Education Ø Universities Ø Certification For greater expansion in all regions of the country, together with the team of LFF Technical Department, I will present not only comprehensive strategy, athletic training, goalkeeping, women's football development plans, but also share ideas and communicate with local academies, clubs and school coaches. Such presentations will be great opportunity for closer cooperation between LFF and regional football communities.
With the idea and goal to implement the LFF Vision, I wrote football books 5x5,8x8 and 11x11 for every person, who is involved in football. Today I release the first books 5x5: §

Together with these books I release also a Training Session book with demonstration training sessions inside. §
