To all stakeholders, managers, technical directors, coaches, players, parents and fans Dear all, Our absolute goal is to bring as soon as possible new, modern ideas in the football development process of the Lithuanian football federation, clubs, academies and schools. To implement this goal we created a better professional structure in which we will feel the ambition to reach this goal. Everybody must be breathing the LFF Vision. The optimal cooperation between all the departments is an absolute necessary fact! Woman and Men ! The new VISION and STRATEGY will create perfect circumstances to develop the Federation and clubs, academies and schools to a better level. In Football there is no truth, but if we follow up ALL TOGETHER the NEW IDEAS, based on modern attitudes, skills, technical and tactical, physical and mental attitudes, we will progress and develop quickly. The first year of implementation of the strategy is called the "Year of Change" and these changes will require close, sustained work and support from the football community.
