• 75mls of gin (the Gin Palace team use a fancy inhouse secret blend here)
• 15mls Negroni syrup (they use a delicious housemade barrel aged version)
• 20mls lime juice
• 60mls pineapple juice

POP into an ice-filled cocktail shaker SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE!! STRAIN into a tall ice-filled glass GARNISH as elaborately as you like
