Try infusing water with natural flavors to satisfy your taste buds and help meet your daily water intake. Here are some combos that will quench your thirst and boost your health!

1. Each recipe uses 20oz of water.

2. Allow to infuse for 2-4 hrs in the refrigerator.

3. Stir well and strain to discard solids.

Watermelon Mint

Supports digestive health and can help enhance memory and cognitive functions

… 1 cup of cubed watermelon

… 2 sprigs mint (lightly crushed)

Strawberry Jalapeño

Can help stimulate metabolism and offers beneficial antioxidant properties

… 2 strawberries sliced in half with tops cut off

… 1/4 jalapeño de-seeded (modify for the amount of spice desired)

Berry Basil

Supports bone and blood vessel health

… 1/2 cup blackberries (slightly mashed)

… 1/2 cup raspberries (slightly mashed)

Cucumber, Lime, & Lemon

Helps minimize bloating, controls appetite, aids with hydration and digestion

… 1/4 cucumber, sliced or cubed

… 1/2 lemon cut in slices

… 1/4 lime wedge
