At The Complete Backyard, we’re passionate about creating spaces where families connect, laugh, and make memories that last a lifetime. As a small Texas business, we craft custom retreats with heart and attention to detail. One of our favorite projects was for a family dreaming of a vacation-style backyard—a place for their kids, friends, and loved ones to gather. Featuring a pool, putting green, tequila table, and media wall, it’s now the ultimate hangout. Let us help bring your vision to life—schedule your free consultation and 3D design today.
As members of this vibrant community, we have been blessed with unique opportunities to come together, support one another, and create a place where families, friendships, and dreams can thrive. Today, I want to share my heart about an essential pillar of our community: our local businesses.
These businesses are more than storefronts or services; they are the lifeblood of our community. Behind every counter, every handshake, and every product or service is a neighbor—someone invested in making this a better place for all of us. When we choose to support local businesses, we are choosing to invest in the dreams of those who live alongside us. We’re creating jobs, fostering innovation, and contributing to a thriving local economy that benefits everyone.
But supporting our community goes beyond financial investments; it’s about loving people and building meaningful connections. In 1 Corinthians 16:14, we are reminded, “Let all that you do be done in love.” Love means choosing to celebrate the wins of our neighbors, lending a hand when they face challenges, and recognizing that their success is our success. When we intentionally support each other, we embody the spirit of love that strengthens not just businesses but relationships. Together, we can build a community where people feel valued, businesses flourish, and love overflows. Let’s commit to making a difference—by shopping local, showing kindness, and spreading hope. Every step we take toward supporting our neighbors brings us closer to the kind of community we all desire—a place filled with love, strength, and opportunity for all.
Thank you for being part of this incredible journey. Let’s continue to walk together, lifting one another up, and making this community a beacon of love and light.

Led by President and CEO Chris Cassidy, the National Medal of Honor Museum opens on March 25th in Arlington.

On March 25th, the National Medal of Honor Museum officially opens in Arlington, Texas—a groundbreaking tribute to the extraordinary bravery and sacrifice of the nation’s most decorated service members. Celebrating the recipients’ courage while inspiring future generations to embody the values
“The museum is about inspiring people to be courageous, make tough decisions and be the best version of themselves, using Medal of Honor stories as the example.”
of service, sacrifice and heroism, the state-of-the-art museum is poised to become a powerful landmark.
Spearheaded by U.S. Navy veteran, former NASA astronaut and current President and CEO Chris Cassidy, the museum offers an immersive experience that brings to life the remarkable stories of the 3,500 recipients of the Medal of Honor. For Cassidy, the museum’s opening is a personal milestone. “I assumed there was already a building focused on telling these Medal of Honor stories, and there wasn’t,” he shares. “It’s rewarding to be part of the team delivering this museum and the stories to the country.”
Through honoring military heroes, the museum aims to motivate visitors to find courage in their own lives. “Whether it's a tough relationship or just
getting through final exams, the museum is about inspiring people to be courageous, make tough decisions and be the best version of themselves, using Medal of Honor stories as the example.”
While the Medal is awarded for acts of valor beyond the call of duty, Cassidy stresses that recipients are “normal citizens of our country.” To showcase the human side of these heroes, the museum will highlight their lives before, during and after their service, showing that they are citizens, like any of us.
To further engage visitors, the museum features displays such as interactive screens and even virtual conversations with Medal of Honor recipients. “We filmed five recipients and asked them almost 1000 questions,” Cassidy says. “An AI algorithm will stitch
together answers to any question a visitor asks, so you’re having a conversation in real time with an avatar of the recipient.” Another standout feature is a flight simulator that places visitors in decision-making scenarios that mirror those faced by helicopter pilots in combat.
The museum also includes the Leadership Institute, which offers educational programs aimed at building character in young people. One such program, “Moments That Matter,” focuses on teaching middle school students about courage, integrity and commitment. Cassidy hopes to expand these programs statewide in coming years, inspiring students to serve others in whatever capacity they can.
To kick off the museum’s opening, a “Mission to Inspire” event will take place on March 22nd, featuring a 25-minute fireworks and drone show, live music and interactive displays that’s all free to the public. “It’s going to be a lot of fun, and a great way to introduce the museum to the country,” Cassidy says.
The Medal of Honor Museum is more than just a place to learn about military history— it’s a celebration of the spirit of service that defines America. By honoring these heroes, the museum invites all of us to serve our communities and our nation.

SUCCESS BLOSSOMS FOR SMALL-TOWN TEXAS GIRL
ARTICLE BY HANNAH BARRICKS | PHOTOGRAPHY BY MACKA PHOTOGRAPHY
Tammie Warner, the heart and soul behind Camellia Farm Flora, has charmed Fort Worth with her luxurious floral designs and focus on customer service. Tammie’s journey into the floral industry began unexpectedly but quickly flourished. A Joshua native, Tammie grew up in the rolling prairies and natural beauty only found in rural Texas; fine inspiration for any artist but particularly one with flowers for a medium. And, as any small-town girl will tell you, growing up in one becomes a big part of your story. Firstly, you won’t get away with much. Everyone knows each other and manners must be minded. That neighborly attitude helped
shape Camellia Farm Flora and galvanized Tammie as a trusted partner in crafting arrangements for life’s most meaningful moments.
Tammie’s floral career began early, at 19 years old. She was waiting tables in her hometown when an unexpected offer changed everything.
“The new owner of a local flower shop came into the restaurant I was working for and offered me a job,” she recalls fondly.
Tammie worked hard, learning the business and honing her design skills at the shop. Finally, in 2019, she had enough experience to confidently head out on her own, and Camellia Farm Flora was born. Her mission was deceptively simple: create beautiful flowers that bring people happiness. It turns out the recipe for success was premium flowers and customer-focused employees.
“It bloomed into everything I had dreamed of,” Tammie says. “We take great pride in providing the best customer service, and that quickly became our niche.”
That doesn’t mean Camellia Farm Flora’s arrangements aren’t setting them apart, though. The shop’s florists’ meticulous attention to detail elevates each design above the ordinary— it’s art. And true to her original vision, the arrangements move people.
“We don’t really sell flowers; we sell emotions,” Tammie explains. “When someone cries, laughs, gasps, etc., my job is done, and my heart is happy. Those reactions are like oxygen to me. They are the reason I do this.”
And she needs something to keep her going because running Camellia Farm Flora is no small feat. As the lead designer, Creative Director, and CEO, Tammie wears many hats. Her days often stretch into double-digit hours filled with prototyping for weddings, events, and now, television sets as Fort Worth enjoys its status as a film-friendly city. When you’re in HD, every element must be perfect. Tammie sets that standard with mood boards covering everything from flowers and linens to architectural installations like champagne walls and bar fronts.
“We are the whole party package,” she says. “We offer all-inclusive wedding and event design. We also offer rentals, including custom builds, as we have an on-staff carpenter and day of coordination services.”
But, ever client-focused, the same low, lush, luxury floral collections Tammie designs for Hollywood are available for everyday occasions and the shop’s loyal customer base online and in-store.
Often, the elaborate movie sets inspire Tammie, but the eclectic backdrop of Fort Worth remains her heaviest influence. The city’s vibrant culture, architecture, and people provide a deep well to draw from, replenishing her creativity and keeping Tammie’s collections fresh.
So, it’s no small wonder she would jump at the opportunity to give back to the city, partnering with organizations like Justin’s Place, Mercy House, and Jewel Charity, to name a few.
“We are proud to be a part of Fort Worth’s huge spirit for giving,” Tammie says. “The people and organizations here are dedicated to helping others; we love being able to continue that any way we can.”
The saying goes, “Givers receive more than they give,” and Camellia Farm Flora’s success is a testament to the adage. Now a respected name in the industry after a mere 6 years, Tammie has big plans for the future. But first, she’ll have to make room, so expanding their event operations into a larger warehouse is a top priority.
“We don’t really sell flowers; we sell emotions. When someone cries, laughs, gasps, etc., my job is done, and my heart is happy. Those reactions are like oxygen to me. They are the reason I do this.”
“I am proud of our hard work.”
“We have been crazy busy!” she says excitedly. “We have outgrown the space we are in. We need a production space to accommodate all the large projects coming up in 2025.”
Beyond that, Tammie envisions more community engagement through hands-on floral classes and events like a cut flower show.
“I very much enjoy teaching processing and basic floral skills to anyone who will listen,” she shares. “And I’d like anything that allows me to connect with the Fort Worth community on an even deeper level.”
For now, Tammie is content with what she’s accomplished, and why not? Camellia Farm Flora delivers in every way. With its easily identifiable designs, exceptional service, and deep community ties, it’s no wonder this floral studio has become a staple of Fort Worth.
“I am proud of our hard work,” she concludes thoughtfully. “Just look at one of our huge weddings; you can see the endless hours put in by so many people. I couldn’t do it alone. I get to work with great vendors, and, at the end of the day, we come together to make ‘it’ happen.”
It’s a humble ending to a conversation that began with manners, and Tammie proves it pays to always remember them.

In the heart of Fort Worth’s vibrant Fairmount District, an unassuming pottery studio has become a creative sanctuary for Garret Pendergrass, whose journey into ceramics began with unexpected twists and humble beginnings. Today, the artist is shaping more than just clay as he leans into teaching, channeling an early experience to nurture the next generation of artists and foster community through art.
Garret didn’t always envision himself surrounded by spinning pottery wheels.
“I thought it was about old ladies painting flowers on teapots—something my grandmother would do,” he jokes. But a single chance encounter changed everything. “I got into a ceramics class by accident. I was trying to avoid it at all costs, but I had a phenomenal teacher who really drew me in.”
That teacher was Carol Steele, whose infectious enthusiasm inspired Garret to dive headfirst into the world of clay.
“I didn’t always understand her work, but she was the best teacher I ever had,” he says. “After one semester, I was hooked.”
With Steele’s support, Garret graduated, purchased a wheel, and spent three more semesters auditing advanced ceramics courses to hone his craft.
Over a decade later, Garret’s pottery studio has become a cornerstone of Fort Worth’s creative community. Since opening its doors in 2013, the studio has evolved from intimate private lessons to thriving group classes and membership-based opportunities. The transition, Garret explains, was a natural progression.
“I started with private, one-on-one lessons. After a few years, I expanded to small groups—four
to five people. Now, we cap our classes at six participants so everyone gets plenty of attention and quality instruction.”
Walking into Garret’s studio feels like stepping into a warm, welcoming space where creativity flows freely. Whether you’re a curious first-timer or a returning student, he designs the experience to be relaxed and rewarding.
“I think it’s that fun, laid-back environment combined with clear, simple instructions that make it special,” Garret shares. “We just want to make sure everyone can grasp the materials, have a good time, and leave with a sense of accomplishment.”
For Garret, the magic of pottery lies in its universal appeal. “Cultures across millennia have been doing this. Falling in love with clay means falling in love with the everyday possibilities—creating something that people can use,” he explains. The philosophy has shaped his classes, where participants can craft functional pieces like bowls and cups, glazing them with over 20 food-safe colors.
Special events like Sip and Clay nights, where participants can bring beverages, add to the studio’s charm.
“We can have up to three couples or six friends working together. Everyone gets a studio tour, learns about ceramics, and makes some pieces. It’s a great way to unwind, get creative, and bond with others.”
And some visitors never leave.
“We’ve got a real community here,” Garret says proudly. “My Monday through Wednesday night groups have become like family. People keep coming back because they love the process and the connections they form.”
For those looking to take their pottery skills further, the studio offers a membership program that allows individuals to work independently at their own pace.
“I got into a ceramics class by accident. I was trying to avoid it at all costs, but I had a phenomenal teacher who really drew me in.”
“It’s a way for people to transition beyond classes,” Garret explains, “Once they feel confident enough, they can come in and create on their own terms.”
His personal art career also remains an integral part of the studio’s identity. During the summer, Garret sells his own work—beautifully crafted pieces that showcase his skill and artistry. Social media has played a significant role in building his customer base. “It’s been great for sharing my pieces and connecting with people who appreciate handmade art,” he says.
This summer, Garret’s commitment to teaching reaches new heights. In July, he will partner with Selva Terra, a wellness-focused resort on a private island in Panama, to offer pottery workshops.
“Our hope is to make it a regular event,” he says.
Garret expects the island workshops to draw participants from the Dallas-Fort Worth area and beyond, blending relaxation, creativity, and stunning tropical scenery.
Ultimately, for Garret, each student is clay, and each lesson is a wheel. He’s passing on a gift he received so many years ago from Steele, a teacher who changed his perception of what could be.
“A big part of teaching is getting to know the people. That’s the big experience,” he reflects.
And for those hesitant to try their hand at the wheel, Garret offers simple advice: just start.
“The sense of accomplishment from starting with a lump of clay and finishing with something you made yourself is huge. That’s what keeps people coming back.”

The Worthy Co., a social enterprise based in Fort Worth, began in 2018 as a visionary response to a significant need observed among trafficking survivors. The remarkable stories of those who escaped the industry inspired co-founders Melissa Ice and Sarah Bowden to create The Worthy Co.
under the parent organization, The Net, which has supported survivors since 2012. While there are many hurdles during a survivor’s journey of overcoming trauma and rebuilding their lives, Melissa and Sarah singled out one area they could help.
“We realized that no matter how much programming you offer a woman, she can’t truly experience freedom if she’s unable to get a legitimate job to pay her bills and support her family,” Melissa shared. It was an insight that shaped The Worthy Co.’s mission to provide economic independence and holistic support through meaningful employment, job training, and the development of transferable work skills.
Melissa knew her own success wasn’t an accident, recalling her high school and the early career opportunities that taught her essential workplace skills. The upbringing starkly contrasted with that of many survivors’, whose adolescence and teenage years were marked by exploitation rather than opportunities to learn professionalism or punctuality. Recognizing an unfair disparity, The Worthy Co. sought to create a supportive space where survivors could develop workplace confidence, gain practical skills, and build a foundation for a lasting career.
The Worthy Co.’s headquarters is not just a workplace but a symbol of the value and potential of the women it serves. Intentionally designed, it’s a perfectly pink, beautifully curated space reflecting each survivor’s worth. A mural quoting W.E.B. Du Bois—”There is no force in this world as the force of a woman determined to rise”—adorns a prominent wall as a daily reminder for anyone needing it.
“We wanted them to walk into a building that feels special and beautiful,” Melissa said. And no group deserves an environment that supports pride and belonging more, let alone a message of resiliency and growth. After all, if they can survive what they’ve been through, the next stage should be easy. But it too often is not, and that’s where The Worthy Co. steps in and steps up, employing survivors as artisans who hand-pour candles

and craft jewelry. These roles serve as entry points to a broader range of skill-building opportunities. After creating the goods, the women learn operational skills from the organization, like manufacturing, wholesale order fulfillment, shipping logistics, retail management, and customer service.
Melissa and Sarah see it as a launching pad where survivors leave with diverse, marketable skills most companies need.
In addition to on-the-job training, The Worthy Co. provides support through an on-staff licensed professional counselor. The women work together to set and achieve
SMART goals beyond the workplace. Whether furthering their education or reuniting with their children, The Worthy Co. helps survivors reach real-life objectives they just needed a boost to achieve.
The impact of The Worthy Co. is best illustrated through the stories of the women it serves. One former artisan progressed to a managerial role, overseeing production schedules. The experience prepared her for a successful career in roofing. Today, she’s a CSCD counselor, helping women with similar pasts who crave the independence and dignity that trafficking tried to take from them and measuring their success by their growth in those areas.
“When people purchase our candles or attend a class, they’re joining us in sharing hope for survivors.”
“Only good moms can buy their daughter braces,” the now counselor said tearfully. “I finally feel like a good mom.”
The Worthy Co. also promotes camaraderie, with a current artisan sharing, “The people in this room are my joy because they’re the closest thing I have to family,” at the company’s last Christmas party.
The company counts each testimony as a success, one the Fort Worth community is instrumental in, buying goods from the retail store and online. The sales keep the operation running, with Melissa and Sarah reinvesting 100% of the profits into the programs. Strategic partnerships have also played a key role. Collaborations with Fort Worth actor and producer Sainty Nelsen and The Shops at Clearfork have expanded the business’s reach.
“We’re so thankful to Simon for believing in our mission and giving us this opportunity,” Melissa said, referencing the Simon and Cassco Development Co. that opened The Shops.
The Worthy Co.’s Candle Studio offers another unique way for Fort Worthians to engage by hand-pouring candles during private or public classes. Participants light a candle in each session to remember those still waiting for freedom.
“That’s why The Worthy Co. exists,” Melissa explained. “When people purchase our candles or attend a class, they’re joining us in sharing hope for survivors.”
The flame also symbolizes the fire within the company’s employees, a fire that was always there; it just needed a helping fan.
Acre Distilling is ahead of the trend and has won accolades along the way.
If you take a short walk southeast of Sundance Square and Bass Performance Hall in downtown Fort Worth, you’ll find yourself in an area known as Hell’s Half Acre-which, in the mid to late 19th Century was one of the most wild districts in any of the western frontier towns in American history. Legends like Butch Cassidy, the Sundance Kid, Doc Holliday, Wyatt Earp, and Etta Place were all known to have frequented the area, in what eventually became known as “the Acre” during the years leading up to Prohibition.
Acre Distilling owner Tony Formby didn’t know the history of the area when he stumbled upon the abandoned building behind the Fort Worth Convention Center. He was looking for a good place to set up shop with former Rahr & Sons brewers J.B. Flowers and Brad Berven,
ARTICLE BY GABBY CULLEN
and what he found was a 100-yearold brick building with good bones and 1.5-inch grooved southern pine flooring in a historical neighborhood that was perfect for a craft distillery.
After a year of renovation work, the team moved in and got to work creating unique single-malt whiskeys, bourbon, gins, vodkas, and even limoncello, among other things. Today, after celebrating its ninth anniversary in December 2024, Acre Distilling is one of the most well-known craft distilleries in the business, and they’ve won multiple awards at both national and international spirits competitions since opening their doors in 2015.
When you walk into Acre Distilling, you’ll immediately how beautiful the space is: “The first half of the building is
surrounded on two sides by what looks like French doors, but we use them as windows. They’re made from Bolivian mahogany, they’re gorgeous, and they go all the way around, so you’re about a foot and a half up above the bar tasting room, looking down on the production area, which is gleaming stainless steel and copper,” explains Formby.
The second thing you’ll notice is the impressive in-house business. Since Acre doesn’t garner a ton of foot traffic and you’ll be hard-pressed to find their products in your local Spec’s or Total Wine, it’s all about the regulars, the tours, the whiskey blending sessions, the new Saturday night cocktail classes, and the spirit aficionados, all of which contribute to a bustling business that continues to grow over the years.
“We are becoming a little bit of the tourism engine in the state. We have a lot of tourists visiting distilleries, wineries, all that kind of stuff, and over time, we’re getting a little stronger. One of the things that we
started eight or nine years ago was using Texas grains in our whiskeys. There’s a malt house in Fort Worth, we were one of their very first customers. They went up to the panhandle into the Canadian River District, and they got farmers to start growing high-quality barley, wheat, rye, and corn, and we started using that in our whiskeys,” says Formby.
That investment in Texas-grown supplies has paid off for Acre Distilling. Some of their most popular spirits include the Longhair Jim Straight Bourbon Whiskey, the Cinamon Girl Whiskey, Miss Addie’s Blackberry Sage Tea Vodka, and the Two Minnies London Dry Gin. The gin especially, is known in the community for being a superior spirit.
“Our gin really is a flagship. It won the double gold medal at the World Spirits Competition. It won silver in London. It won silver again at the World’s one year, and gold at the US Open spirits Championships. We have a pretty unique old-fashioned way of making it naturally and using the best botanicals from all over the world,” says Fromby.
Besides the impressive in-house spirits, Acre Distilling has recently started offering Texas wines, and while there is not a full kitchen, menu items include pizza, pretzels, cheese boards, and a full coffee bar for those coming in a bit too early for a beverage.
The team at Acre realizes what they’ve got. With the new Texas A&M buildings going in, hotels being built, and downtown Fort Worth experiencing a Renaissance era, Tony is expecting the buzz around the distillery will only grow. “Five years from now, the neighborhood that we’re in will be way different, and in fact, it’ll be very good for us.”

Create timeless keepsakes for those you love with this easy DIY Valentine Stationary. There is something special and reminiscent of our earlier years of creating homemade valentines for those special in our lives. While stores are filled with Valentine candy, cards and gifts, the thoughtfulness and time put into to a handmade card holds a different meaning. Words are the things we treasure most, so let those you care about most know how you treasure them this Valentine’s Day.
• Kitchen Knife
• Red or Russet Potato (for heart)
• Romaine lettuce (for rose)
• Acrylic Paint
• Paint Brush
• Blank Envelopes
• Blank Cards
• Heart Template (www.silvertoothhome.com/blog/diy-stationery)
• Hand Lettering Template (www.silvertoothhome.com/blog/diy-stationery)

1. Cut the potato in half. Using a small knife, carefully carve a heart shape onto the flat side of the potato. Carve freestyle or use the free template under “DIY Stationery” on the blog at silvertoothhome.com/ blog/diy-stationery. Even when using the template, each carving will come out as unique art like the ones you see here.
2. With a paint brush, apply paint to the heart shape on the potato.
3. Stamp the potato heart onto blank stationery.
4. Set aside until completely dry.
1. Cut the end off of romaine lettuce. Set leaves aside and use the stem.
2. Using a paintbrush, apply paint to the lettuce stem.
3. Stamp the lettuce “rose” onto blank stationery.
4. Set aside until completely dry.
Once your stationery is completely dry it is time to add beautiful Valentine’s Day lettering. If you have beautiful handwriting then draw free hand. If you’re not as confident use a light box and my hand lettering template (found on the blog at silvertoothhome.com/blog/ diy-stationery) to transfer lettering onto the stationery. Hearty food nourishes the body during cold winter months
What if we chose connection — cooking seasonal meals and allowing ourselves to pause to truly enjoy our food? Maybe cheesy bread could be served without the side of guilt.
As we continue to embrace the cold weather, we may find ourselves craving heavier and grounding foods as we retreat into hibernation. This change in appetite reflects our body’s desire to align with the cycles of nature. Moving into the New Year, it can be common to place more discipline or restrictions on our eating habits. But what if instead of dieting, we nourished ourselves by choosing to support the ebb and flow of our body’s seasons? What if we chose connection — cooking seasonal meals and allowing ourselves to pause to truly enjoy our food? Maybe cheesy bread could be served without the side of guilt. This Italian wedding soup recipe is simple in its approach, but the result is a hearty and brothy dish. Chunky meats and vegetables add texture to the rich, savory broth making it the ideal meal to help you retreat from the cold temperatures. The Hasselback bread loaf is a straightforward, melty wonder and the perfect vessel for sopping up any leftover broth and goodies in your soup bowl. Together, the soup and cheesy bread make for a well-rounded meal to ground you this season, with a little indulgence.

• 1 Italian bread loaf
• 1 cup butter
• 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 2 tsp dried oregano
• 8 oz. bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Cut foil that is 3 times the length of the bread loaf and lay flat on countertop.
3. Place bread loaf parallel to the length of the foil.
4. With a serrated knife, cut bread in ¾ in. slices, making sure not to cut all the way through.
5. Melt butter in a bowl. Add garlic and seasonings. Stir to incorporate.
6. With a pastry brush, coat the slices of bread with butter mixture. Be generous with your butter! If you have leftover butter, pour the rest over the entire loaf.
7. Grab handfuls of mozzarella cheese and stuff in between each slice.
8. Cover the bread loaf with foil and place in oven. Bake for 20 minutes, uncovering the foil for the last 5 minutes until the top of the bread is golden brown.
4 Servings
• 1 lb. fresh or frozen pre-made meatballs
• ½ cup carrots, diced small
• ½ cup celery, diced small
• 1 cup onions, diced small
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp cooking oil
• 48 oz low sodium chicken broth
• ½ cup orzo pasta (or any small, short noodle)
• 1 tbsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
• 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped roughly
• 1 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley
1. Whether freshly baked or cooked from frozen, prepare your meatballs and set aside. Meatballs can be prepared ahead of time and kept in the fridge.
2. Bring a medium-sized pot to medium heat. Add oil and butter.
3. Add vegetables to the pot and sweat until onions are translucent (about 5 minutes). Stir occasionally.
4. Add the bay leaf, chicken broth, salt, and pepper to vegetables. Turn heat to medium-high.
5. Bring broth mixture to a rolling boil for five minutes. With tongs, add meatballs to the boiling broth.
6. Add orzo to the broth, stirring continuously to make sure the pasta doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
7. Continue to cook the pasta for 6-7 minutes. Taste test to make sure pasta is al dente.
8. Throw the fresh herbs into the soup and add salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve immediately.
