Content Creation Over the years it became evident that connecting a congregation is only the ﬁrst phase in our process. Consulting Services The Consulting Programs are designed for churches that have the resources, staﬀ and volunteers we can help train to achieve the desired outcomes with our ongoing support, expert advice and proven methodology. SHADOW PROGRAM One Year to Community Consulting and Full Service Curriculum and Campaign Production Most churches don’t want to launch a single campaign. They want to start, sustain, and strengthen the groups that they have launched. This allows you to build on the momentum that was started during the initial campaign, in order to get well north of 100% of your adult congregation into groups. That’s why we have the Shadow Program, where we could help a church produce 3 or 4 full service curriculum packages in a one year journey to community. Their team not only starts the year with us but also shadows our team all year long through the development of 3 major curriculum and campaign productions. While it’s our most expensive program, it’s definitely the most effective. By the end of the year, most churches are ready to continue producing their own curriculum annually or even more frequently, all while having a foundation that they can build on.

TRAIN-THE-TRAINER PACKAGE (12-month partnership) Perfect for the church with a strong team well equipped with a wide array of video production resources and still has some capacity to make this happen. In most churches they will shift priorities of both team and timing in order to adapt for our partnership but in most cases we will produce the first campaign and curriculum and then we’ll produce the second one together and then the third one we will simply coach and consult their team on the next generation of production and creative organization and new curriculum design. This is designed for the classic “we do it you watch, we do it together, you do it and we watch”. This package includes the standard 12 month consulting program and at least 3 different series on our train the trainer format.

MICROSITE PRODUCTION AND COACHING PACKAGE

We will use the curriculum to launch your first Microsite campus produced in the small venue production. The 6-month combined coaching package will help you learn the who, what, where, when and hows of launching your first wave of Microsite campuses. The package includes six month coaching and one full service live production. The production package can be produced in the basic, deluxe, or premiere premium production format. In addition, it could either be a live launch, dry run production or train the trainer format.

Leader Training Series We have trained more than half a million small group leaders. We've developed resources that have trained more than half a million small group leaders, because trying to bring people back for centralized leadership training is near impossible and even getting return calls can be difficult! So where do we go from here? At Lifetogether weâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;ve embraced the fact that trying to train new and existing small group leaders requires a decentralized strategy. We offer a variety of different video productions to help churches recruit, train, and equip small group leaders.

SMALL GROUP LEADER TOWN HALL TRAINING SERIES The small group pastor and key staff sit center stage with 20-40 small group leaders in a circle around them. The pastor trains small group leaders using a small group format, captured on video to multiply the impact across your entire leadership team.

BASIC SMALL GROUP LEADER TRAINING SERIES Four to eight small group leader training sessions hosted by the small group pastor or senior staff, often including testimonies of small group leaders and always featuring collaborativelyâ&#x20AC;&#x201C;written scripts. Shot at the location of your choice.

SMALL GROUP LEADER INTERVIEW TRAINING We will produce a 12 to 24-session interview format video series with a small group pastor and group leaders. This interactive series can also include other pastors and key leaders for church-wide alignment.

ONE YEAR OF LEADERSHIP TRAINING SERIES

A 24 to 52-week training series shot in one day, taught by the senior leadership team and other key influencers in the church. These short video training segments will share skills, stories, and strategies with new and existing small group leaders. These sessions are often successful when co-taught by the small group pastor and senior pastor.

CUSTOM SMALL GROUP UNIVERSITY

Lifetogether has proven scripts and strategies we can share with your church. Customize them and make them your own, then weâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;ll shoot and produce the video. This training includes basic, intermediate, and advanced levels and includes a companion print study guide with downloadable and digital training materials. We have content for not only basic to advanced leader training but coach/supervisor training as well.

MOBILE EDITION We can create a digital edition of your video and print series instead of a printed curriculum series or in addition to it.

Group Coaching FORMAT: Our coaching programs are designed as live web-based video conference sessions, similar to a webinar format, with a group of other churches similar in stage and size as yours. Most groups will range between 6-12 churches to allow for maximum interaction between attendees. Each of the programs will be held twice a month (dates confirmed upon registration) and will meet for 6 or 12 months. Each session will meet for approximately 60 minutes each. In between each of the sessions there will be assigned reading, videos to review, and group exercises to complete. WEEKEND SERVICE CURRICULUM SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM Most churches we work with produce sermon-based small group questions from the weekend message. Weekend service curriculum is simply the next step for your groups. With our expertise in producing video based curriculum, we simply follow a 3-step process in developing weekend sermon-based video curriculum. First, you send us the video footage (via hard drive or Dropbox) that was captured from the weekend series. Then, we create an edited 10-12 minute small group edition of your weekend message. Finally, we write a small group series based on that edition and lay the series out in one of our existing full-color designs, including a few of your congregational photos, and we send you the print and DVD masters, ready for duplication. You can choose a past sermon series that we can turn into a small group edition DVD and print curriculum, along with a small group curriculum library. This could be produced all in a single day, following our seven step process for producing a video curriculum library for your groups, a cost savings for sure and a very effective use of your pastor’s time and past sermon series. Your groups will all be on the same page, and it’s a great chance for everybody to study the same material. LIFETOGETHER PUBLISHING PROGRAM We are partnering with a handful of local churches this next season, offering a special price and package for churches to produce, for the first time or for the next time, their own curriculum production. This will be done as an in-house, forty day-like curriculum that is based off of your Senior pastor’s existing teaching ministry. These curriculum are proven to be and bring the “Wow factor” to any congregation. Our past partnerships with some of the largest and fastest growing churches in the country have shown exponential results, getting north of 75% of a congregation connected through these campaigns.
