PROPOSAL

Successful famlies are floundering, specifically evangelical/protestant families in comparison to any other faith community. Flourishing Family is committed to helping families of wealth help each other flourish in not just the the quantitative forms of wealth, but the qualitative as well. (spiritual, relational, social impact, and individual well-being). The natural impact is collective giving which focuses on building capactity through a growing community of kingdom minded families. We exist to prepare families and their rising generations with a first ever private community led by families, for families who desire to build 100-200 year family legacies, not just building financial wealth.

70 PERCENT

P RO B L E M 70% families of wealth suffer a significant loss of financial capital in the third generation primarily because of losses of the relational, human, social and/or spiritual capital of the family. Yet it is quite difficult for these families to find safe peer relationships, best practices, and inspiration needed to help each generation flourish in these non-financial forms of wealth which foster true and lasting abundance.

PU RPOSE OUR MISSION: To guide families in cultivating trusting relationships, thoughtful governance, and compelling road maps to make consistent progress to flourishing relationally, spiritually, individually and in their impact on society. OUR VISION: Families of Wealth flourishing for many generations. EXPANDED VISION: To be a collaborative community of family leaders and their trusted advisors empowering families to flourish In the spiritual, relational, human, and social capitals and therefore financially in a way that transforms millions for many generations.

FAMILIES OF WEALTH FLOURISH ING FOR MANY GENERATIONS

P RI M A R Y TA R G E T Multigenerational families with networth of over $25M who want to improve family relational health, shared family spirit and purpose, and the impact of the family and its businesses or investments on society, among other significant qualities.

P RI M A R Y O U T C O M E Extended families that flourish for many generations are those who focus on intentionally developing and transferring to each successive generation the following four non-financial forms of family wealth: Relational, Spiritual, Human, and Social.

O U R P RO C E S S Our core process is primarily a four step systematic, developmental, and intentionally guided experience called, “Your Journey to a Flourishing Family”. This model is ready to be deployed and piloted in a collaborative process with our alumni, advisory network, collective group, and a growing network of families.
