We are hiring:
Full-time Product & Back Office Manager
As a Product & Back Office Manager for our MICE, Private Events & Luxury Travel departments, you will drive the development, organisation, and management of our diverse portfolio of highend travel experiences across the Balearic Islands.
This role is instrumental in ensuring our product offerings are not only curated to a 5-star standard but are also presented with upto-date, secure, and accurate information for our discerning international clientele.
Working closely with local suppliers and internal teams, you’ll contribute to creating meaningful, sustainable travel experiences that allow clients to explore the unique culture, landscapes, and luxury of Mallorca, Ibiza, and Menorca.

Your role
As a Product & Back Office Manager, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our product portfolio across our destinations Mallorca, Ibiza, and Menorca.
You will ensure all data, information, and systems are kept secure, accurate, and up to date. Your responsibilities will encompass the full scope of product management, from identifying and categorising new products to presenting new developments to the team, as well as coordinating with local suppliers to gather product details and pricing while preserving a comprehensive and well-structured database.
A key part of your role will involve creating compelling product descriptions in both English and German and ensuring that our offerings are presented effectively to our target audiences.
Furthermore, you will craft product descriptions for the website and collaborate closely with our marketing team to update activity catalogues, tailored for Groups and Luxury Travel. Your role involves uploading and managing product listings on our website, coordinating updates to activity catalogues and optimise our data management. You communicate with our booking system provider to implement system enhancements and resolve technical issues as well as improving the workflow to increase efficiency.
In line with our commitment to sustainability, you will evaluate activities and hotels based on sustainability criteria and integrate these ratings into our product offerings. Additionally, you will be involved in daily invoice verification, working closely with the accounting department to ensure seamless financial processes that support our project managers.
Your profile
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, based in Mallorca, to join our team as a Product & Back Office Manager for our Groups and Luxury Travel Departments with more than two years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Strong writing skills in both English and German are essential and Spanish would be a valuable asset. We are seeking someone with passion for writing and sustainability, who creates appealing product presentations.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent organisational skills, a structured work approach, and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring multiple activities are coordinated and prioritised. The role also demands proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).

Strong problem-solving capabilities, combined with a focus on continuous improvement, will help you streamline the workflow and enhance our product portfolio.
