Full-time Junior/Senior Project Manager for Individual Luxury Travel
As a Project Manager in our Luxury Travel Department you design, organise and coordinate bespoke itineraries on a 5* level on the Balearic Islands.
Our portfolio includes a wide range of tailor-made island experiences and day charter yachts, in order to offer our well-traveled international individual customers the opportunity to discover the Balearic Islands, its nature and culture in the most authentic and sustainable way possible.

Your role
As a Project Manager in the Individual Luxury Travel Department you will be the sole point of contact for agencies and clients: from first contact to post event communication.
This includes responding to requests within 24 hours, answering questions and providing further information, preparing invoices and confirming events, creating complete travel itineraries if necessary and communicating meeting points and other necessary instructions both to the clients and providers in order to guarantee highest quality service at all times.
Furthermore, you will maintain a comprehensive database and overview of all events, following best practices as well as improving work processes where possible to increase efficiency.
This includes developing product portfolio by researching and contacting new potential partners, communicating and negotiating with providers and partners, communicating with partner hotels and agencies, as well as developing the department in order to increase sales based on our company values.
Your profile
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager for Luxury Travel with more than two years of work experience in a similar position.
As an ideal candidate, you possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Fluency in other languages like German is considered a plus. It is highly desirable for you to already be familiar with the Balearic Islands, but if not, a willingness to quickly learn about the region is expected.
Effective time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial to the success of this role. Exceptional problem solving and independent decision-making skills are also important. A background in sales, ideally in the yacht or hotel industry, is preferred. You should have experience in dealing with demanding and HWNI international clients.
We are seeking a candidate with a structured and organised way of working, who always strives for excellence. Additionally, the candidate should be innovative, able to delegate and coordinate where necessary, excel in sales and negotiation as well as demonstrate knowledge on price structures.
