Hello, my name is Rachel Sanzari. I'm a student at Berkeley college studying to become a graphic designer.
Today I'm submitting a project for my digital page layout class.
This Zine is based on the idea of drawing. Sometimes people wonder how artists can be so good at art and want to be like them. I had that mindset as well,
as back then my art wasn't as good. It all comes down to practice and patience. However, I still have the mindset of, "What is the secret to a good drawing?"
This helps represents how there really is no secret to drawing. How someone makes their art (being graphic or traditional) is up to the user. There will be people who critique your work but know they're doing it to help you improve. Art is how you make it and we all have our strengths and weaknesses. Someone may be good at drawing animals but not good at drawing humans, or someone might be good at making landscapes but not self-portraits.
My point is, is that art is whatever you wanna make it, as long as you have fun!
