Forget-Me-Nots

Welcome! Wild. What comes to mind when you think of this word? Unrestrained? Out of control? Unruly? Much of my life I’ve strived to live just the opposite – restrained and cautious with a strong desire to be in control. But I think living this way has sometimes caused me to miss out on what God has for me. There’s a positive side of wild that involves passion, enthusiasm and adventure. When it comes to joy, that’s how I want to experience it. Wild joy! And when life’s difficult circumstances leave me feeling discouraged and confused, I want to have courage to continue to obey God’s truths and trust his plan knowing that ultimately, that is what brings joy—“Joy is the settled assurance that God is in control of all the details of my life, the quiet confidence that ultimately everything is going to be alright, and the determined choice to praise God in every situation.” (Rick Warren) Settled assurance. Quiet confidence. Determined choice. I invite you to join us this year to know and to experience Wild, Courageous Joy! “The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.” Psalm 123:6 Blessings,
