INVITE YOUR FRIENDS TO VBS: KINGDOM ROCK kids will discover how to stand strong for God as they experience incredible Bible-learning experiences in a medieval castle setting, June 24-28, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. at the West Campus. VBS STARTS MONDAY! Please pray for the children and workers. Donations of baked goods, fruits, veggies and egg casseroles for the workers would be appreciated. Early Risers invites you to their summer series, “Serve the World,” with guest speakers sharing mission experiences in the community and around the world. Join Early Risers as they seek to apply God’s Word in serving others through a variety of means. Early Risers meets at 8:00 a.m. in the West Campus Room 103. Join the Seekers class as Bill Peterson begins a 7 week series on Sun., Jun. 30 titled, “To Run and Not Grow Weary.” This Bible-based study will help all gain strength in the Lord. Seekers meets at 8:45 a.m. in the East Campus Chapel.

All Senior Adults are invited to attend the annual Golden Fellowship Summer BBQ on Sat., July 6 at noon, in the East

Pathfinders is moving to West Campus Room 103 for the summer. Join the class at 9:15 a.m. as they study “Death by Suburbs” led by Tony Valente. Pathfinders welcomes anyone in their 30s-40s.

Missionary of the Week: Jayson and Lindsay York, Students International, Dominican Republic; Jayson and Lindsay

with their children Noah (12), Amanda (12), and Jacob (almost 8) have been serving in Dominican Republic with Young Life/ Students International which oversees short term student missionaries who come to DR to serve in community development and construction ministry. The family’s three- year commitment is nearly up, and they will be transitioning back to the States this summer. Lindsay (Kruse) York grew up in FBCG and spent many summers as a student missionary in DR. Please pray for this family as they say good-bye to their DR home, ministries and friends and trust God to provide for their Stateside home, jobs. They plan to visit their supporting churches, and we expect to hear from them personally after their arrival in late August.

Bakers and breakfast makers wanted July 8-12. FBCG is hosting 100 teens on a mission trip. We’d love to have your sweet contributions to snack time or your service as the sun rises. Giving Envelopes If you would like weekly giving envelopes, please sign up at the Welcome Center in the lobby and they will be mailed to your home every two months. You can also pick up some generic giving envelopes if you are not a weekly donor.

Seniors If you are at least 70 ½ years of age, did you know you can make a charitable deduction to FBCG directly from your IRA, have it count toward your required withdrawals from your IRA and save taxes even if you don’t itemize?
