Grandma’s croissants

Make a leaven and add it to flour, cut some margarine 3. Product well adding sugar and salt 4. Roll out the dough on a pastry board and cut into 8 triangles 5. Put stuffing for each tirangle, and fold croissant 6. If you put them into cold oven you don’t have to wait till it comes up 7. My grandma baked croissants with salty stuffing for ex. with fish or cabbage. 8. I moved the habit to my house and at Christmas I make kulebiak (pie) out of this dough it is delicious.

Dough for dumplings and noodles from bowl This recipe for pierogi (dumplings) has been in my family for years. It is very simple. 1. put I kg of flour and a pinch of salt into a flat dish or onto a pastry board and pour as much hot water for the flour to absorb it. 2. It is gourmet dough for dumplings with blueberries, chanterelle mushrooms, meat, white cheese, buckwheat and any other you feel like making.

Cakes with apple

Ingredients 0,5 kg of flour 1 cube of margarine 2 egg yolks 25 dkg of cottage cheese 20 dkg of castor sugar o,5 kg of apples 1. Mash cottage cheese with a fork 2. Add other components 3. Form a roller as for noodles, cut small portions of dough and flatten with your hand 4. Put on each cake a piece of apple 5. Bake for about 30 min in 180 degrees

Pork loin with dried plums and apricots In a piece of loin (about 1,5 kg) I rub in spices. I make a hole with a back side of pestle and place prunes there. The loin should soak spices for at least 2 hours. Roast meat for about 1.5 hours in the oven under aluminum foil. Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes to let the meat brown. When it cools down cut into pieces about 1 cm wide and arrange on a dish and pour with settable gelatin.

Love potion Into 1 litre of spring water put twigs of fresh mint and gently brew under a lid. When water starts to boil add lovage root. In Kashubia lovage was used in love magic. Finished beverage must be given to the person we want to enamor. We need to use a spell for the magic to work...and clear intentions.
