- architectural heritage to be preserved (former Nordic plastics industry),

- existing vegetation to be respected,

- the need to develop a district of 500 collective and individual housing units in a pleasant living environment.

- Work at different scales at once

- Think about water management, paths, roads, parking lots

- Take into account the orientations of buildings and spaces

- Use the existing plant to create atmospheres

“Productive city” studio

Designing a neighborhood combining production, housing, accessibility and conservation of plant heritage (ecological wasteland) and architecture (former industry).

- Start from a large scale (1/1000th) to think about the general layout of the district, green and blue grids, circulation, etc.

- Zoom in on a portion of the neighborhood created and think about the distribution of the different living and production spaces on a smaller scale (1/500th).

- Zoom in again on these different spaces and detail them to give them a quality of life.
