I have fourteen years experience in the analysis of regulation and data on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) policies and applications at the international level. My work at the International Telecommunication Union and the World Health Organization has focused on the analysis of international strategies for the implementation of ICT applications for development, particularly in the areas of e-health, e-government and e-environment.
