Lili Cruchelow

I started TLC Medical in 2005 from scratch without any prior business experience. We represent manufacturers of specialized medical equipment used in hospitals with a niche in NICU and L&D care. TLC Medical covers 9 states in the Midwest and can quickly bring new products to the market. I believe in building a business based on core values. Successful leaders have a powerful guiding vision that excites and motivates them, and it has a strong emotional attachment. This vision is not about making money but more about passion. I am continuing to grow TLC Medical with an excellent group of sales representatives. It is my passion to build a business where each member has the unlimited potential to reach their goals. I also am a contributing auther to "Align, Expand, and Succeed, Shifting the Paradigm of Success and author of Climbing the Rock, Unemployed to Entrepreneur in 90 Days. It is now my passion to show how anyone can take their passion and build a successful business.
